I started but found the taste odd so stick to refined olive oil, have you tried macadamia nut oil or avocado for omelettes?

Looks good, i cannot wait to start back up on carbs, do you ever mix the protein in the rice pudding and make a protein sludge. Or do you find it to go a little dry and powdery if mixed altogether.
