not having that spotter is a killer, a complete mind F. I lift the bar myself, dont want fingers on the bar, keep off until im struggling.

theres only a couple of guys in my gym that i will ask. not that they are huge, but they know what to do. not having someone is just as bad as having to worry about the guy above you.

I totally agree! Most of the guys in my gym are young college kids who don't really know how to lift, judging from when they are benching and squatting, LOL.

So sorry for the lack of updates, I feel bad about it :(

Still rocking the same doses of Sup3r Epi, Osta and GW as before (500mg, 15mg and 21mg), every day. Even dosed during my brief stomach bug.

I hit the gym yesterday for OHP and managed a double at 145, which isn't amazing but still decent. The part that surprised me a bit was when I did my BBB sets on Bench. Even after heavy OHP, I managed to crank out 5 X 10 at 135 lbs., whixh is kinda odd for me. I had been doing 95 for 5 X 10 and struggling a bit towards the end. Maybe the combined Osta and Sup3r Epi are kicking in nicely now. I had done that weight for 5 X 10 in the past, the strength just kinda snuck up on me today, LOL.

I'm hoping to hit Deads a bit later, maybe in the next hour or so.

Libido has been going insane lately. It's almost interfering with other stuff LOL. 2.5 weeks in, and it seems to be kicking in nicely :)

I haven't been super strict on my diet, and no extra cardio except for the night job. I feel leaner, getting some great vascularity on my arms now.

I'm thinking of dropping calories and getting strict. Wondering about dropping carbs down due to the GW, although I haven't had any hypo effects to speak of lately. Also considering upping Ostarine up to 25mg.

Went to hit Deadlifts, and I got a little overconfident. Warmups went awesome, was jamming along to the music. Felt VERY strong.

Tweaked my back a bit on my 4th set, first working set of 295 X 5. On my third rep, I felt a quick sharp pain in my lower back as I cam up to lock out. I know exactly what happened, I went just a bit too fast, LOL. I immediately dropped the bar, unloaded the barbell and left, LOL. Walking .25 miles back to my office after changing helped a LOT.

I think I'll be fine, but just a reminder that I need to focus on my form while on any cycle. The overconfidence and feeling of strength doesn't mean I'm invincible. I'm going to slow my roll a bit and hit Bench on Friday. I don't think this will set me back at all. Just temporary stupidity.

Well, back feels a little better today. Went to the doc and basically just a muscle pull/strain.

I'm going to take it easy, got some muscle relaxers, Ice packs, TENS unit and ibuprofen to get me through.

I think I'll probably be better over the weekend.
 
OK, after resting over the weekend and some pharmaceutical intervention, I feel better.

Still not 100%, and most likely won't be doing any Deads this week :(

I hit 5/3/1 OHP today, and I felt strong. Back was impacted a bit, but mostly on my BBB Bench instead of OHP.

Strength and alpha feeling are coming on pretty strongly now. So far I would say that the combo of Sup3r Epi with Osta and GW is legit. I can feel myself leaning out, but somehow the scale is going up, LOL.

Vascularity is good too. The Osta should have totally kicked in before the Epi-Andro, in my experience, so this kicking in now is really nice. Still at 21mg of GW (Cardar1ne), 15mg Osta and I dipped down to only 1 cap of Sup3r Epi while I was out of the gym. I think I'm pulling the trigger on another bottle this week while it's still on sale.

I'll probably bump the Osta up to 25mg before this cut is over, to use up my EnduraShred ;)

Here was my workout:

Standing Barbell OHP:

Warmup:

60 X 5
80 X 5
95 X 3

Working sets:

100 X 5
115 X 5
130 X 7 (5+ set)

Felt good and strong throughout. I might have had an 8th rep, but taking it easy on the back ;)

Last set was belted for core engagement.

After I only did 3 sets of 135 X 10 on BBB Bench, 2 sets of Chest Supported Rows with 35 on each side, 25 reps first set, 10 reps after with a squeeze at the top and a slow negative (30 seconds rest).

Finished off with high rep Face Pulls.

I got almost no sleep last night due to a myriad of problems, LOL. My damn SUV alarm kept going off like every ten or twenty minutes, and I couldn't get it fixed last night. In addition to that, a skunk sprayed right outside our window, which we had raised because it felt so good outside last night, LOL.

Even with little sleep, the Sup3r Epi came to the rescue this morning to give me some pep.

Libido still up, sweating is ridiculous at my night job. I generally take my second dose before my night job to help me push through. It really helps my mood as well.

Forgot to update yesterday.

Yesterday was supposed to be DL day, but given my recent back issue (which feels MUCH better) I decided discretion was the better part of valor.

Instead, I just did a super quick, short rest period bodybuilding type day. Hit some Leg Extensions, Pendlay rows, Lat Pulldowns, Bicep Curls (DB Hammer and DB regular, both standing) and Tricep Extensions and Pushdowns.

I think the Sup3r Epi really helped me speed through the sets and maintain my focus. Strength felt good as well.

Very little soreness today at all, even though I was super high rep except for Pendlays (5 X 5). Legs are a bit sore.

My scale weight isn't changing at all, and I'm considering not even weighing any more, LOL. I know that I feel leaner, and my muscle fullness is pretty awesome. I think a combo of all three are helping out here, as I've read that GW makes your muscles hold onto glycogen, Epi-Andro hardens and Ostarine probably contributes as well.

I need to check BP again soon, I've been using Cycle Support, Fish Oil and the GW religiously. Vascularity is down a bit lately, I've read that GW can cause this as well.

Staying pretty low calorie, yesterday my intake was 2,882.

I didn't count the 4 total scoops of Modern BCAA+ that I had before and after my night job ;)

I have right at a week of Sup3r Epi left from the original bottle, other bottle should ship soon, I hope. I'm going to do a recount of all my current supps to see where I am. Not through my first bottle of Cardar1ne or Ostar yet, still have EnduraShred to go through. Will probably bump up Ostarine and Sup3r Epi, depending. Considering 20mg of Osta and 750mg of Epi-Andro, bumping up to 25mg of Ostarine at the end. GW will stay at 21mg.

Update from the weekend.

I actually hit the gym Friday afternoon and had a great workout. It was Bench day for me, and I hit a total of 6 reps on 180# for my 5+ week. I actually hit 2 reps easily, but lack of a spotter kinda messed me up. I got a spotter and only hit 4 reps, but that's OK.

Afterwards I really nailed my shoulders and back and arms with:

5 X 10 @ 95# Standing Barbell OHP

5 X 5 @ 135 Pendlay Rows

2 X 20 of Chest Supported Hammer Strength rows with 55 lbs. each side

25 # DB Hammer and regular curls

Tricep Pulldowns 2 X 25

Face Pulls 2 X 20

This weekend was a cheat weekend, LOL. I didn't track calories, but felt leaner today when I hit the gym.
 
Update from today:

Today I hit Standing OHP for my 3+ week. My lower back feels completely healed, and I think I'm going to try to hit DLs again tomorrow.

I hit 4 reps on my 3+ set @ 140 lbs., then hit 4 X 10 @ 135 on Barbell Bench. I had two scoops of CU Stim Free before lifting, and 1 cap of Sup3r Epi. The energy, drive and pump were pretty intense today, so much that I stopped at only 4 sets on bench, LOL. Afterwards I did a high rep set of fixed bar curls and Tricep Rope Pushdowns.

The Sup3r Epi really has me feeling pretty good as of late. I feel alpha and my muscle hardness is pretty darn awesome. Back on track today with my diet, and will try to keep calories low again to get some more fat loss. Sdcale isn't moving much, so I'm going to try to go by mirror only.

I took pictures at the beginning of the log, and will probably take some final pics soon. I think I run out of Sup3r Epi in 4 days, but I will check to verify when I get home. I have nother bottle of Sup3r Epi on the way, and it should arrive Tuesday according to tracking.

I'm going to try to get some photos either tomorrow or Thursday to compare to the ones I took when I started.

I know I'm leaner, just unsure what the pics will show in comparison :)
 
Updated my second post with pics and a review. I really have enjoyed my Sup3r Epi run so far, looking forward to bumping the dose up for the last few weeks.

I think I'm at that phase where I feel like I'mk not leaning out, but my mind is playing some tricks on me. Maybe I need to cut calories even more to get some really noticeable fat loss.

I hit Deadlifts today, followed by high rep Leg Extensions. My heel spurs flared up the other day, and I think it is a result of my tight hamstrings. I'm thinking that the tight hamstrings are leading to tight calves, which is putting way more tension on the Achilles tendon insertion point. That, of course, makes my body feel like it needs to generate more bone there as a result of the increased tendon tension. I think the Osta might actually be contributing to that, as it is known for accelerating bone growth as well. The flareup has subsided with stretching, ice and NSAIDS, but I'm incorporating more stretching into my routine.

Only hit 360 for a double on 3+ week, so I may back it up a bit on the weight. This was my first DL day since the back strain, so not too worried.

My legs were on fire with 5 X 10 Leg Extensions. I do these with no lockout on either end, so I keep tension on the muscle the entire time. I plan on getting back to squatting again soon, I'm strangely starting to really miss them.
 
Quick update:

I've been hit with some type of flu virus or something last week, didn't last long though. BAsically didn't hit the gym much last week.

The Sup3r Epi is still helping with the Osta to lean me up. I feel like a big difference is happening now, up tp 750mg per day.

I'm feeling pretty good. I seem to be warm all day, which kinda sucks LOL. I feel like my abdomen is FINALLY leaning up a bit. I think I have about 12 days left on 750mg per day, right on schedule. Considering upping to 1g per day, as it wouldn't end my run that much shorter. I just want to see what it does ;)

Overall, I love this stuff. I've never run an Andro dosed this high, but even at 500mg it was noticeable over any other product.
 
any updates on this? before/after pics? i'm in a similar situation size wise as you and if this worked i'd like to possibly test it out on me.
