I normally don't do any structured cardio per se, just what I get from my evening job at UPS. I generally use a bike, but same difference with HR before and after might reveal some differences over time.

Just never quite got the whole jogging/running thing. Messes with my whole body doing the higher impact stuff.

I really want to get a FitBit Charge HR, so I have continuous HR monitoring.

Yeah I hate running and jogging too. Kills my knees and gives me shin sprints.
You can test it doing just a step test, at a constant rhythm for 3 minutes.
It's not accurate but doing the same test at the beginning and the end would allow you to measure a change in endurance.
I got one of those FitBits for Christmas!

How do you like it? I saw a very cheap alternative from a Chinese company.

It's called the Xiaomi Mi band, and it takes HR as well. Only around 30 bucks though.
 
Still no Sup3r Epi, but bumped the GW up to 14mg a couple days back. I'll bump up the Ostarine to 15mg tomorrow and keep the GW at 14mg.

Feeling great now on the GW, I seem to have more energy. I did a 15 minute HIIT session yesterday. Felt good.

Have kept calories around 2,800 almost every day. Weigh in and measurements taken tomorrow.
 
Looks like my package was shipped on 2/10, but the postal service delayed it for some reason. It is in Memphis right now, which means it should be here tomorrow or Tuesday :)
 
I am feeling a bit more lean, but I hate my scale at home. It is honestly pretty crappy, LOL. I will take some pics and measurements tomorrow morning, I was running late this morning.

Here's my intake from yesterday:

Preworkout I had a smoothie, 2 Cardar1ne and 1 Ostar. I took 2 scoops of OL Conqu3r Unleashed about 45 minutes after the smoothie. I actually did some meal prep yesterday, made up 2 cups of rice, a chicken breast and broccoli for lunch M-F. Thinking about dropping calories down to about 2,600 this week, as the GW and Ostarine should (hopefully) prevent LBM loss. I'm excited to get the Epi-Andro going to hopefully accelerate fat loss and increase strength, drive, etc.

I started 5/3/1 back again today. I seem to have lost a little strength, which was a little expected due to the fact that Osta usually takes a couple weeks to kick in.

Here's what I hit:

Standing Barbell OHP

Warm Up:

60 X 5
75 X 5
90 X 3

Working Sets:

100 X 5
115 X 5
130 X 4 (5+ set), rested a few seconds and hit one more grinder of a rep.

After I hit my BBB Barbell Flat Bench:

95 X 5 X 10

The pump really hit me after hitting this 5th set. I'm thinking of changing these to DB Bench on BBB days, hitting regular Barbell bench on 5/3/1 days.

GW seems to help me a lot more with endurance (cardio) than strength for sure. Of course, this could be placebo, as I have read a lot about that. The mind plays sneaky tricks on ya ;)

As NewAgeMayan said earlier, my Sup3r Epi should be here today. I may pop one cap before UPS this afternoon, not sure yet LOL. It's super tempting, but considering waiting until tomorrow morning.

I want to apologize if I sounded ungrateful to OL UK, as it was obviously the fault of USPS, not OL UK!!!! They shipped it out on 2/11, and it appears to have either taken 9 days to get to Memphis or sat in memphis for 9 days. Either way that is insane, as Memphis is only ~200 miles West of here. And I live in the city, not in a rural area!

I like it a lot. Crazy the types of stuff you learn about yourself with this stuff lol. I have watching my resting heart rate go from like 66 to 84 since starting my cycle. Crazy. Kinda cool to see what my heart rate does during workouts too, and even just walking around town.

No problem, brother! I'm considering that Xiaomi Mi band, as it is very cheap.

BTW, given that I am on GW and Ostarine, in addition to the Sup3r Epi, what is the minimum calories you guys think I can hit for maximum fat loss?

I'm estimating my current BMR at ~2,072, and my TDEE with a Moderately Active modifier (at ~21% BF) is 2,799.

What would you guys consider my activity modifier to be with this activity:

Cardio (HIIT) 2-3x per week
Lifting 3-4 days per week (5/3/1 BBB)
Office/desk job M-F
UPS preloader in the evenings for ~4 hours. Involves walking back and forth, lifting boxes (up to 70 lbs.) or so quickly and stowing them in cages. I am always sweating during this, LOL. I'm hoping a fitness tracker can help with this.
 
Received my bottle, but looks like I got the Sup3r Epi, not the Sup3r Epi Elite. Might have to adjust my cycle down to one cap per day or order a bottle of Sup3r Epi from PHW.
 
First dose:

I took one cap of Sup3r Epi last night at dinner, before going to work my second job. Got a little bit of euphoria, increased mood at work. Helped make the time go by more quickly, and definitely helped with fatigue. It could have been placebo, though.

As I said yesterday, I have a small dilemma. I received the 60 cap bottle instead of 120, as expected. I want to do 2 caps per day, but will need to grab another bottle to do so. That will have to wait until the end of the month, which isn't too far away. I'll probably pick it up from PHW, as long as they still have the sale on at that time.

Yesterday's Nutrition:

2,704 calories

268g CHO (35g Fiber)
100g F
200g P

Whew! I may have to start drinking a protein shake or something before lifting, LOL. I think the GW may be making me a bit hypoglycemic when lifting heavy. Still feel a bit queasy after my session. Felt pretty weak on my 5+ set. I had to hit a triple, take a few seconds and then hit the last two reps.

This morning I dosed 1 cap of Sup3r Epi along with 2 caps of Cardar1ne and 1 cap Ostar. I made a smoothie for post workout, but only had a little coconut oil to help with the Epi absorption.

I hit Deadlifts today, with some Leg Extensions afterwards.

Barbell Conventional Deadlifts:

14mg of GW didn't have me hypo, 21mg definitely did. Might be worth a try having a shake before training.

Definitely, I generally train fasted but I think it would be worth it not to feel that way. Planning on bumping up to 21mg towards the end.

Did the GW affect your low rep, heavy weight lifting at all?

I wonder if it is the combo of GW with Osta and Epi-Andro?

I used it in PCT after a long AAS cycle, but I didn't notice any loss of strength as a result of it. I was using a few supps in pct along with it, so I can't give a definitive answer as to what was what.

Thanks for the input man, I think I'm just going to train non-fasted for this and see what happens.

I used to have that fasted training is better mentality, but I honestly think I just felt a bit bloated when training in a fed state. A shake probably wouldn't be that bad, though.
 
Forgot to mention that my weight this morning on my crappy scale was 255.8.

Started the log at 255.4, so I have gained about .4 lbs. I think I'm going to start weighing at the gym, as my scale at home just has too much variation to trust it LOL. I feel a bit more lean, though. Maybe excess glycogen from the Osta and GW, not sure.
 
Update:

Feeling pretty good, but was dragging last night and this morning. I think the GW is destroying me on heavy weight/low reps. I'll find out tomorrow for sure. 5/3/1 Bench and BBB OHP on tap for tomorrow morning. I probably should have done some HIIT today on the bike,but I think I will hit that on the weekends when I have more time.

Epi-Andro gives me a nice mood and a little alpha so far. No scalp itching yet, but I already don't have much hair ;) Also, it's only two days in.

Dosed 1 cap this morning with my smoothie (contains PB and coconut oil), will dose the other cap a bit later in the afternoon. Still dosing 2 Cardar1ne in the morning with the first cap of Sup3r Epi and Ostar. I "feel" leaner if that makes sense, but no huge changes in the mirror yet. Coming up on two weeks since I started the OSta and Cardar1ne, hoping both kick in full force soon. I'm going to do the math and see if I want to bump the Osta up to 25mg daily through the run. Probably won't bump up the GW to 21 until at least the last 2-4 weeks, depending on what results I see.

I hit Bench today with BBB OHP. Preworkout I took 2 Cardar1ne, 1 Ostar, and 1 Sup3r Epi. This was about an hour before my workout. I took it with half of my normal morning smoothie, which was roughly 493 calories (40g CHO, 25g F, 31g P). 2 scoops of OL CU about 30 minutes pre workout.

Here were my sets:

Barbell Flat Bench:

Warmup sets:

80 X 5
105 X 5
125 X 3

Working sets:

135 X 5
155 X 5
175 X 5

I actually had to rest pause the last reps on this. No spotter. I think I actually did two more doubles after this.

I hate losing confidence without a spotter, hoping the Epi-Andro will kick in hard with the alpha/aggressiveness in the gym.

BBB Standing Behind the Neck OHP:


70 X 3 X 10

Only did three sets of 10 on these, forgot how much harder they were than regular OHP.. I could really feel the pump/burn in my traps and rear delts. I think I might start making these regular :) Pump was nuts. I actually could see my green veins in my shoulders post workout :) Still fat over them, but they are there. After this I hit a few high rep sets (15-20) on a shoulder machine for a little more pump.

The Sup3r Epi is making my libido increase more than anything else right now. Anxious to see what happens when that and the Osta kick in fully.

I am definitely feeling leaner now. I measured my waist unflexed at the navel at about 46.5 the other day. I fear that may make my BF% higher than I previously thought. I hold almost all of my fat in the abdominal area, so I really want to get rid of it. It may take me longer than I first thought to trim it down. I'll probably be increasing the GW dosage (and maybe the Osta dose as well) on Sunday to 21mg ED. I've heard that the fat loss is noticeably improved at 21mg. I won't be going past that, however ;)

Man, the burn was insane on these.

I did some calf stretching and foam rolling after, with some work on my calf muscle with a hard roller stick beforehand.

Looking back a few workouts, wondering if you are doing any cardio or HIIT, and if you notice any GW benefits in that aspect?

I've gotten lax with cardio lately, but I hope to be able to do an HIIT session this weekend on the stationary bike.

I have noticed that I seem to be able to perform at my night job with less effort.

Sweating has increased dramatically, LOL. It's been basically forty degrees or cooler in the warehouse at night, and I'm sweating!

Also had a bit of a hypo episode earlier, felt a bit queasy in the middle of a patient interview. Just got back to my office, and am eating something now. I'm guessing it's the GW.

No workouts to report, been kind of a busy weekend. A bit over calories yesterday, trying to make up for it today.

Really starting to feel the mood enhancement, libido boost and aggression from the Sup3r Epi! Still at two caps per day, once in the AM and once in the afternoon.

I'm thinking the strength may show up in tomorrow AM's lifting session.

I really need to start doing more cardio, I just really hate it lol.

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning at home and the gym, to see the results both places.

Also, as stated before I am planning on bumping the GW to 3 caps tomorrow (21mg). I've been getting a bit hypo from 14 at times, do I may end up dropping it back down. Counting my Osta later (EnduraShred and Ostar) to see what I have left. Also want to bump that up to 20 at least.
 
Good music is key for cardio. Just let yourself get lost in the music.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates, guys. I've had a lot going on this week so far, and just got a stomach bug or something last night. :(

I also haven't had a chance to get another bottle of Sup3r Epi yet either, I'm going to try to get one as soon as possible.

Haven't dosed any Sup3r Epi yet today, but I love the feeling it gives me. Makes me more confident and upbeat, also gives me a stim effect, and makes me even forget to have caffeine. The only reason I know I haven't had caffeine is the headache, lol.

By the way, BP is not really affected. Have a home monitor, and my systolic is a bit high. It was before the Sup3r Epi, though.

Luckily I checked it earlier, and it was great: 115/78, pulse 60. Maybe it was illness or stress related lol.

I don't have a home checker but I went to cvs and checked b4 I started and mine was normal. That wyked though was just too much caffeine I guess. I'll stick with my black coffee.
 
Update:

Got back in the gym today for the first time in a while!

I've still managed to dose everything while I was sick, but maybe that's a mistake, LOL. Hopefully it wasn't a waste.

The Sup3r Epi is giving me some good vascularity and a great alpha feeling. When I take it before my night job, I feel like I'm unstoppable :) I think the GW is making my endurance ridiculous, LOL. I sweat a LOT (even in a 40 degree warehouse), but I feel like I never get fatigued.

BTW, I'm running 21mg of GW, still at 15mg of Osta right now, with 2 Sup3r Epi per day (1 pre-WO/AM, 1 afternoon).

Today I hit OHP, and no real strength increase, hit my three reps on 135. Nothing extra, did 5 X 10 on Barbell Bench with ease.

I KNOW I'm leaning out, but the scale isn't bulging much. Clothes fitting better, and I just "feel" leaner, if that makes sense.
 
How's your appetite misfit, in the morning I have to force myself to eat. I just don't feel that hungry even though I'm just getting ~2000 cals

not having that spotter is a killer, a complete mind F. I lift the bar myself, dont want fingers on the bar, keep off until im struggling.

theres only a couple of guys in my gym that i will ask. not that they are huge, but they know what to do. not having someone is just as bad as having to worry about the guy above you.
