I am 6 days into a PH cycle and want to make sure I have the proper PCT. This mainly is to help me rest assure I have everything in place as I feel I am doing this too last minute as is.
Goal of this post:
1.) Gain valuable insight of my research and plan from community
2.) Not get bashed that I am wasting my time and money and not doing the real thing (I know I am but I am just not ready)
3.) Engage is good conversation with veterans who know there stuff
4.) NAIL down my PCT to ensure no HPTA shutdown, libido stays normal and gyno is prevented (yea I know, I want my cake and eat it too
)
5.) Receive feedback about my post, how it could be better and what types of posts get good feedback
Goal of this cycle:
1) Experience a pro hormone (again I know, should of just ran the test in my closet but it just isn't the right time, I travel for work and schedule is random)
2) Re-comp my body and cut up, any muscle gains would be just considered a plus
Below is the layout:
Week 1 - 8:
- LG Sciences 1 Andro 300mg ED
- IML 4 Andro 300mg ED
- LG Sciences Liquid Epi Andro 1.3 ml 3xED
- Lecheek Cycle Support
- Optimum Multi
- PES Genoflex
- Joint Support including MSM, Glucosamine and Apresflex
Week 9 - 12: (I have a lot going on below so I have bolded the staples, the rest of the stuff is up for question)
- Clomid 50/25/25/25
- LiquidStane (forgot protocol of top of my head)
- Optimum Multi
- PES Genoflex
-Joint Support including MSM, Glucosamine and Apresflex
Stats:
Height: 6ft 3"
Weight: ~215lbs
BF: 13%
Macros:
P: ~300g / 1200 calories
C: ~400g / 1600 calories
F: ~100g / 900 calories
Total 3700 (keep in mind I play basketball 4 times a week so I need the K's)
