Big thanks to the guys at Sparta Nutrition for letting me log Sparta Lean. Only other run I have done before was Ostarine by OL so this will be awesome.
I usually run PPL for my routine but gonna do Arnold's Blueprint for this run. I usually get 6 sessions a week in but work changes that at times. I have been training for years on and off but for the past 2 years have been rough. Been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and extremely hard for me to cut, also causes my test to be very low and borderline diabetic. But these are not excuses just obstacles.
I will be logging all my supps in here and of course Sparta Lean with 1 cap with breakfast and 1 with lunch. You can find all the facts about Sparta lean here

I'm coming off a bad car accident and still working up my strength again. I have 5 herniated discs, 3 bulging and a shoulder muscle tear- some lifts hurt shoulder or back so don't laugh (too hard lol) at some numbers

I'm doing Arnold's blue print to Mass
Just the routine - modified if needed and my own diet

Day one 257.5 - this number will drop quickly , yesterday I ate a crap load of rice and buns and went nuts so it was a good day lol.

Lunch was 8oz bakes chicken and a dozen backed French fries. Don't know why I'm not overly hungry today since usually I eat 2X this amount.

In - which Blueprint you doing? I'm gonna assume Cut? I've been looking at the Mass but goddamn that's a lot of volume! And I generally love both volume and frequency. Curious as to how long each session would take.

Use [i mg] [/ img]?

I always hit the little plus sign next to the text box and the image icon comes up. Hit that and it should open up your pics.

Back strikes again and next is frozen. Can't turn my head to the sides. Gotta just stretch it out all day and hit the gym tomorrow
Weighed in at 253 this morn, new would drop that water weight quickly

When you upload it'll ask if you want to use large medium or small , use medium unless the large photos dimensions have number less the 1100x1100 ,

I'll take pics of my work gym Monday and today I go to the dreaded planet fitness
For $10 a month I only go 1 day a week usually so not paying $100 a month for 1 day a week. Since the other 5 days are at my job gym

Took both doses today and during second dose it made me feel ill or it was the Japanese food I had lol. Day 3 in the books on Sparta Lean and I feel like my muscles are denser already? Could that be?

ill, dam that sucks- i have been taken mine with bread or heavy carb wait then take it making notes about that on my log. regardless that sucks

and it could be possible and great pick up

I was under the impression that a serm would not be needed for a cycle of Adrenosterone.

Am I mistaken in believing a serm is not needed.

Serm is not needed but I rather be on the safe side. Serms are never needed for anything actually but not getting into that here lol
