Goals- Just recomp and then cutting down.

Training- I am a high volume trainer. I have trained that way for over 20 years now. I train 1 muscle group per day. I am training 5 day on and 2 off due to work-run 12 hour shifts.

HX- I have used a lot of PH/DS. epi-sd-halo, and many other forms of DHEA. I think this is my first 1-dhea product.

Diet- I eat clean and take in 6 meals per day. I plan everything out and eat low carbs and high protein foods.

Glad to hear. Yeah, the 1AD will take a bit to kick in, but hey if you get placebo benefits in the beginning why not utilize em!

Taking 4 caps total. Squeeze out the abs and calves. Feeling good. Still no noticeable effects from 1-AD.

Taking four caps. Delts killed with high volume. Tend to be a strong body part for me. I am feeling the 1-AD. Look a lot fuller and feel bulker. Went up 3 lbs.
 
Noticing anything yet? How is your sleep? Gaining strength, stamina and energy? You have some good workouts posted.
 
Damn bro.. your a pretty big dude.. your height and weight is impressive. I'm 5`1.. 204lbs currently.

Taking 4 caps per day. Got a good pump going and energy is high and just getting into a good zone. My arms are the first to respond to any PH. They tend to bulk up and look fuller. Should get some gains in arm measurements.

Taking 4 caps. Legs, killed the workout. 1-AD is starting to get me into a good zone. I have added weight - with it begin mostly muscle. The mirror is start to look more freakier.
 
Grueling shoulder and leg sessions you posted. Nice job! Day 13 and it seems like you are pleased with the results you are seeing with the 1-AD. I started on Saturday and the logs I am reading have got my excited.

What are some of your staple food choices bro.. anything unique?

I go to the American grocery store and then to Hmart= asian store. Pick up chicken and pork and fish. Also a lot of asian vegs and I am a big tropical fruit lover. Things like baby guava and jackfruit ripped and cactus pear are a few of my favorites.

Taking four caps. Back workout was great. The 1-AD to be honest is surprising me. I thought that the banned DS/PH had no replacement. But the 1-AD is running great and compare it to epi. I am glad I gave it a try and look forward to using other DHEA stuff.
