Hahaha well I'm proud to announce I wasn't a bitch. Skipped my off day and got one of those sick arm pumps where everyone's staring at you shamelessly. Veins were begging to pop out of my arms and shoulders, and were even making an appearance on my chest today.

Dude I have spider webs at 16 percent body fat. Hahaha look at the pic I posted I'm bloated and **** by still standing vascular. When I drop to around 8 I get like disgustingly vascular

Honestly to add mass with gear like that you need to just eat yourself nuts deep in carbs and proteins and train like a monster. I definitely think I wanna try EQ next cycle though and maybe use NPP through the first 10 weeks. REALLY bulk.

Today's workout was average, I skipped the arm work at the end since I did a big ass arm day last night. Also didn't feel as strong on the rest of the stuff but that's to be expected coming into the workout with already slightly fatigued biceps and triceps. That's okay, still had a good workout.
Pendlay rows:
135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 2x275x5

Weighted pull-ups:

Close grip lat pulldowns:
165x12, 180x12

Flat barbell bench press:

It's gonna be a weird week, scrambling to get everything done before I go home on Thursday to leave for the Arnold on Friday morning. Feeling stressed but wanting to just go take a nap ha
Oh and I started my Cardar1ne today. Taking 3 caps a day for 21mg daily dosage.

Thank you! I was surprised with my shoulder press after feeling so beat by the end of my workout.
And yeah I've used it once before and it was great! Very interested to see its abilities when it comes to countering tren sides.

Thanks bro! I'm not sure about that. I'm starting winstrol whenever it shows up, and I've read that you shouldn't go too heavy on your lifts because it can make your ligaments brittle or something like that, so I may put a hold on the lower reps until I drop the winny or go into PCT.
 
Side note: pinned VG for the first time just now, and damn. Can't believe I didn't try this earlier. That was absolutely painless and there's no PIP either.

Well I do have a bottle and a half of oral trest and most of a bottle of dermatrest... Idk if I'll ever want to use it though unless I combine it with IM trest.
But yeah I'm really liking the idea of EQ sometime soon. With tren and EQ maybe I'd actually look like a damn bodybuilder!

EQ is pretty decent, but IM Trest ace and tren ace would be ridiculous in the gains and veins department

Definitely higher body temp and sweating especially after eating a large amount of carbs. Fortunately nothing at night yet!

Thank you sir! The calves are slowly but surely growing, still comparable to that of a chicken's but they are coming along!
Growing up incredibly skinny (like, play the xylophone on my ribs type of skinny) my calves have always been very small and so I look very top heavy especially when my shorts are covering up my quads and hams.
 
When I was in tren last cycle at like 100-120mg EoD I would crank the AC before bed then wake up shivering and sweaty hahaha didn't bother me just had to wash my sheets a lot haha

My roommates like to turn the f*cking heater on so I usually end up sleeping without any blankets or covers, or even sheets. Probably gonna get a floor fan soon

I don't remember being too lethargic on Cardarine (14mg), but I've only run it with Osta. I remember getting really tired after about 3pm every day towards the end of it. I can't say for sure that it was from the Cardarine, though. It could have just been the schedule change and weird work hours.

Cardarine and Osta gave me a weird energy and mood boost right after my morning dose. I can't say it was "stimmy" per se, just a good feeling. Kind of a get **** done sense of well being. Weird. It also made me VERY hypoglycemic about 30-45 minutes after dosing. I had to get a good combo of simple and complex carbs or I would get super irritable and bitchy.

The real insane **** is when you have people that can afford pharma GH and implement an insulin type blast…thats when people put on 30-50 lbs in a blast and 90% stays (given the proper cruise.)

HUGE fan of those 3 as long as people donate blood and don't let their blood get too thick on EQ and can still get decent sleep on tren

I've been there before! Not on tren, but very high dosed dien ace had my bed soaked at night, was crazy.

I'm taking 14mg pre workout and the other 7mg elsewhere in my day, either in the morning or in the afternoon depending on when I'm working out that day.
Maybe it's hypoglycemia that I'm feeling, idk. All I know is all of a sudden I'm struggling to keep my eyes open in class and I've taken naps the last 2-3 days.

Yeah its typically my older clients that can afford it. Its not cheap. Slin is. GH nope lol. Honestly not everyone needs it though. You can make INSANE progress on pure AAS and peptides
