Really appreciate that. And that's all we have coming out the gate. But neither of us would settle for half-rate crap man. Yates has been working his butt off for this and I know what's going into it. So much on the way. Everything will be tested and posted. Zero shady biz

I did the cable flyes this morning too (not normally part of my routine but I'm stuck with only a hotel gym this week as this town is podunk nowhere) and they were great... took some struggling to get the hand positioning right but once I did the squeeze and engagement was perfect.

Hell yeah! I got chest/tris hypertrophy today, I'll be doing a couple sets of those flies to start off!
 
Pounded over 4500 calories yesterday and 500g carbs. Woke up nice and full yet still dry and vascular. Perfect for a back and shoulders power sesh. And only 219 on the scale. So even after my heaviest days of cals and carbs, I'm sub 220. Which means fat is coming off.

Will be adding Spartan Lean here in a few days. Should accelerate things nicely. The thing I like best about the 11 oxo is the visceral fat loss, not just the subq.
