Thanks to FinaFlex and all the reps (especially RegisterJr) for giving me the opportunity to log Max Pump from FinaFlex.

I will be starting today with my first dose and will report back here after each workout.

Legs today and a little more...

Started with 10 sets of Squats and Leg Extenions
5x205 / 5x60 tempo 5-0-5-0

Taken from Kleen:) Deadlifts and Bench Press
205x15, 10, 10, 5, 4
185x 8, 11, 7, 5, 5, 4
Exercises were alternated and completed as fast as possible.
This was a killer. Total time 8m 4s

Bulgarian Split Squats and Dips
5x10 each exercise in an alternating fashion.

Felt good and with the garage door open it was a beautiful day today.

Going to be on a workout hiatus again for just over a week. Mom has another surgery to go through so I will be helping her out until she is back on her feet.

I will still be around AM though... Always able to sit on a computer for a minute or two:)

I will begin using Max Pump daily once I am working out consistently again. Hopefully the 20th at the latest!

I am hoping I may be able to get to a local gym while I am out at her place, but I will have to see if that is feasible.

Back from my mom's after her surgery. All went well, so I will be working out consistently again starting tomorrow. I will be able to begin this log of FinaFlex Max Pump. Looking forward to giving this a go!
 
Went for a jog today. Beautiful day in cool Toronto!

Got about 9.5km in so I was happy about that. Haven't run in ages so it was a nice start back. Tomorrow will be weights.

Took my first dose of Max Pump. wasme said it builds up in the system, so even though I didn't do weights today, I wanted to start the daily intake. I will be hitting legs and abs tomorrow and I generally get a good quad pump, so we will see how it is effected.
 
Nice run on ya! I am getting the itch to run... knees are feeling good, and lower back is pretty well back to normal for now..

Took Max Pump (4 capsules) before today's workout. Felt good and strong. Its been a week since my last workout, so I kept the weights the same as the last leg day.

Worked Legs today. Felt good to be back in the garage.

The deads got pretty tough by the end

Leg Extensions ss/with Smith Stiff Leg Deadlifts 5 sets with a tempo of 5-0-5-0

70x5 / 155x8

Crunches ss/with Hanging Leg Raises ss/with Bulgarian Split Squats ss/with KB Swings
15 / 10 / 8 per leg / 20x55lbs
This quad set was for 4 rounds

I actually enjoy running when I do it consistently. Been awhile.
 
Lol, the tempo on those is killer. I wouldn't do any tempo stuff on regular deadlifts, but with the Smith machine its a little more stable and I can focus on the contractions. My hams, glutes and lower back were pumped up!

This summer I would like to do a few obstacle course races so I want to keep my running up to at least 5-10km distance. I need the weather to be nice though or I just won't do it!

This is the 4th day of Max Pump at 4 capsules.
Pump was definitely evident. I have always been complimented on my wide back, but I don't often feel a lat pump. Today was different. I am definitely getting pumps in them today. I am looking forward to the increased pumps as I get more into this product.

Workout: Chest and Back today

Bench Press ss/with Cable Flyes (tempo 5-0-5-0) for 5 sets
215x5 / 60x5

Incline Bench Press ss/with Incline Cable Flyes (tempo 5-0-5-0) for 5 sets
185x5 / 50x5

Pulldowns (tempo 5-0-5-0) ss/with Stretchers (tempo 5-0-5-0) for 5 sets
140x5 / 100x5

Smith Machine Supine Rows ss/with Cable Rows (tempo 5-0-5-0) for 5 sets
155x5 / 120x5

Incline walk on treadmill 10 degrees at 5.5km/h for 12 mins

*felt good overall. A little stiff in the left shoulder and trap, so really tried to foam roll and stretch before and after.

Gotta say I love the feel the increased tempo has on the muscle groups!

Makes your heavy weights even that much more impressive.
 
Nice session brother... I always find around the 5-6 day marker you will really start noticing strong pumps! So you are pretty much there... gotta love it

That was my limit. My left elbow couldn't take more weight.

Still happy with the weight, but I want to figure out what is up with my elbow.

Quads were blowing up last night. Max Pump is definitely in effect!
 
That's nothing to balk at. It took me forever to pass 450 and that was with a program with specific deadlift days.

Back from my mom's place. She is still in critical care so I will be going to visit her daily, but I plan to hit my workouts to maintain my sanity!

I have been able to keep up with my Max Pump dosages so I am interested to feel the pump tomorrow!

Funny thing... Brought her pets back with me to my house so I can look after them. Her dog is in my garage gym, because my wife is allergic. Well, the dog doesn't like to be alone, so I slept in the gym last night LOL. Looks like I will be spending even MORE time in the gym for the next several days. Less excuse to miss workouts :)

Got a good leg workout and severe pump last night thanks to Max Pump! Quads were on fire!

Squats superset with Trap bar deadlifts 5 sets

Leg Extensions superset with Standing Leg Curls 5 sets. Tempo for both was 5-0-5-0
60x 5 / 30x5

Crunches superset with Leg Raises
5 sets
15 / 12

Legs really felt this one. Deadlifts still feeling good. Happy about that.
 
I tried occluded curl/extension superset with MP the other day and thought my legs were gonna blow.

They did. So far I've only tried them on those and arm curls/pushdowns. I think I'm going to keep doing the occluded stuff every other week or so. My hammys stayed jacked for like two days.
 
Yeah sounds interesting. What are you using to occlude the blood flow? How did it work for the arms?
 
I used a red voodoo floss band. I only have one, so I'd superset one leg/arm then switch. I may try my wrist wraps next time and just ask someone to tie them off for me.

You know that painful part of the pump? That's what it felt like, but earlier in the set when you still have strength to keep going.

I think I'd stick with just one arm at a time. Working out alone I don't want to have issues getting them off after the sets.

I rigged mine with a quick release pull. You definitely want it off fast.
