Starting to lean back out a little bit and am definitely drying up. Joints feel a little funky but nothing too bad. Might have to adjust my ai situation here if things get any worse. Still feel pretty full for no carbs in 4 days.

Just test! But seriously, I rarely have any joint trouble but if it continues then I will definitely look into some options. I know YatesWifey04 has been happy with her joint support supp so I might check it out.
 
I don't know if its been said before, but I have been having luck with Meriva Tumeric/Curcumin support. It seems to be helping my knees since I have been taking it.
It may help out with the joint issues. Maybe worth a try? :)

I'm split dosing 40mg ed so not going too crazy.
Perfect dose 40-50 a day IMHO.

Yes Turmeric/curcumin is the bomb, I use it now instead of NSAIDS because it has so many benefits other than just a strong anti inflammatory response. Great for gut health also!!! No sides on liver or kidneys just an all around better way to control inflammation. Get one standardized with a high curcuminoid content. I use Natures Bounty Standardized Extract Turmeric, it has 93% curcuminoids for a total of 500mg. I am sure there are better out there but this one works and was available at Krogers on a buy one get one free deal so I jumped on it.

Standing shoulder press always! Not a fan of seated tbh. Gonna back off on the exem and see what happens. Been using 25mg e3d so might cut that in half.
 
I've been taking GenoFlex from by PES. It's been awesome so far. That troublesome wrist is no longer troublesome. My knees & hips are much happier too. My squats are getting deeper with less aches after leg day. My back has also been less achy overall. I was lucky enough to get my hands on it before the release, and so far my review is nothing but positive!

Great post as always! Not only can winny be hard on the joints and connective tissue, it can also absolutely trash the lipid profile in combination with heavy AI usage.

When I do them, I do a front/back split so front of the head, behind the neck, front of the head etc. I love the contraction and tension on the delt when I do behind the neck presses.

My shoulder presses are strictly in front of the head for the most part. I do behind the neck presses and alternating presses sometimes but never with real heavy weight.
 
Turmeric is awesome, just keep in mind that with such an increase in pressure & tension on the joints combined with tissue growth comes the potential for accelerated wear. The anti-inflammatory properties we know, be mindful however of it masking cartilage wear/scoring - another reason to be mindful of alignment. For any regime as involved & arduous as yours, supplementation with joint builders and lubricants is IMO essential. Don't be shy on the MSM, Glucosamine & Hyaluronic Acid. Fish Oil is a given, gelatin/collagen can also be very helpful.

I love carbs too but sometimes you just gotta do what you feel like you gotta do! I ended up eating 2 cups of rice after my workout yesterday so I'm good for a few days. Probably going to keep carbs moderate on the weekend due to my power days.

Yes!!! I don't play when I make salads either, but they are usually huge bowls of dark greens (I love greens), grilled chicken, mushrooms, zuchini, bell peppers, and for a my fat a little olives & dressing. Or I do my own style of taco salads....dark greens, shredded chicken seasoned with cumin, a little sour cream or nonfat greek yougurt (depends on the day) & black bean salsa.

Damn now I want a salad for breakfast.

I've got that on my laptop; It's a good documentary. "That Sugar Film", while a different type of docu, is a good watch as well.

It's sad to see what us human beings have done to our food supply. Call me a silly idealist but I would love for communities to start being self-sufficent again. The small mom and pop farmers markets and delis are all slowly being destroyed by unsustainable mass agriculture.


BTW, I'm really diggin' the salad talk. I like to take a huge mixing bowl, fill it up with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and jalapeno-stuffed olives, and then top it off with a hefty serving of spicy white cheddar macaroni and honey-glazed dry rub BBQ chicken. Oooh baby!
