Plan on running my own bro split with 7 days a week of training.

What do I hope to accomplish with this log and supplement?

To see if the hype online about Mesomorph is true. And if so rage out with it and get some great focus and energy while pushing harder at the gym.


So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Arms/Abs
Friday - Back/Chest
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Arms/Abs
 
I don't want to be too off-topic, but how do you like Tri-Andro? Curious as to how it compares to Androbolic 250.

Thanks for checking in bro. Sorry everyone I've been away a couple days as both my daughters and myself got sick with a stomach virus. Finally getting back in the gym and into the swing of things as I've recovered and my daughters are both over the worst of it.

Crushed Arms and Abs yesterday and Back and Chest today all powered by the delicious Rocket Pop Mesomorph. Workouts coming soon. Dang I swear my workouts are getting better and better each day and more intense and focused with Mesomorph. Normally I build a tolerance quickly but instead still as effective as day 1. That says a lot for me! Can't thank ManimalPatB and VaughnTrue enough.

You're a good dude!!!! I am glad to hear that you're killing it on a daily basis. I to have seen an increase in my workouts since using Mesomorph (and that's not just the rep in me talking)

Hack squats.. is that the machine or the behind the back deadlift? Im thinking machine with that 900lb weight.. but i dont no if we have the same hack squat machine at my gym as you.. because there is no IFBB pro who could move that weight on the hack squat at my gym! lol

I miss hack squats. My current gym doesn't have one and it was my favorite leg equipment at my old gyms
