First Cycle - LG Sciences 1-Andro and 4-Andro Log

Day 44:

Bench: 240x5 240x5 240x5 240x5 240x5
Dbell I. Row: 80x10 80x10 80x12
Pullups: BWx8 BWx7 BWx6
Iso. I. Press: 90x10 90x8 90x7
Machine Preacher Curl: 60x12 60x9 60x9

Okay, I think I've started to figure out the cramping. I got a bottle of Now Potassium Chloride powder at 365mg per serving. I added that to my preworkout, and had no issues cramping. As for the workout, I felt very good today and got some serious work in, with mostly clean form.

Day 47:

Deadlifs: 375x5 375x5 375x5 375x2
Leg Press: 700x10 700x8 700x8
Hammer Strength Iso Shoulder Press: 90x12 90x12 90x9
Side Raise: 30x10 30x10 30x10
Barbell Curl: 60x10 60x8 60x8

Day 49:

Dbell I. Bench: 85x10 85x10 85x9
Machine Flyes: 110x11 110x9 110x9-->70x4
Low Row Machine: 115x12 115x10 115x10
Pullups: BWx10 BWx8 BWx7
Rope Pushdowns: 130x8 130x8 130x8
Seated Incline Dbell Curl: 25x10 25x8 25x5--->x5 (last 5 standing)
Hammer Curl: 30x8 30x10

I've been feeling mostly excellent throughout this cycle. I think the 4-ad is keeping the lethargy at bay. And keeping my potassium up is definitely the best thing I could have done for my cramping. I had to do a lot of different movements than I wanted to, since everybody was crowding the gym and using everything I wanted to. Oh well, I can adapt.

It was also customer appreciation day at the gym, so some companies like Muscletech and local stuff like ATP were there. I finally got some Mission 1 bar samples. I've only had the cookies and cream so far, and it's a lot better than Quest.

The 4-ad should definitely improve any potential lethargy, glad you're noticing that. Test + 1-test = 1 epic cycle

Day 51:

Probably no gym tonight. I had planned in squats, but my left kneeknee has been giving me crap the last couple days. Body weight squats hurt, as does walking up and down the stairs. Walking flat is fine, though. I'm going to stay home like I did last night and use a physical therapy bike I have (I initially bought it to get some movement for my office job). Tomorrow I plan on doing some light squats, and hopefully do heavy squats on Saturday. Bah humbug.

The knee is doing a lot better (leg day is still slated for tomorrow), but now my wife and I have what might be the flu. I have a week left in my cycle. Lame.

The knee feels just about perfect now, but I'm still sick. I still won't be hitting the gym today to avoid getting people sick, and so I can still teach Sunday School tomorrow.

I was hoping to go for maxes on the big three for my final week on cycle, but I guess next week will just be making up for this week instead. I'll probably max the following week while on PCT. We also picked up a pair of dumbbells last night that came with enough plates to put a max of 35lb on one dumbbell, so at least I can do some minor bicep and delt work whenever I get sick or otherwise can't get to the gym. I'll get more plates at some point so I can get a little chest and tricep work, too.

Day 56:

Pullups: BWx12 BWx10 BWx8 BWx6
Squats: 255x5 255x4
Bench: 225x5 225x5 225x5

I thank God I'm over the flu and my knee is doing better. I'm going to the gym every day this week to finish this cycle strong, but the first few days will be week. My left ab cramped doing squats. I also had a bout of depression all day that I couldn't shake.

Day 57:

Squats: 255x1 275x1 300x3 300x2
Deadlifts: 345x6
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 90x11 90x10 90x10

I would have added in rear flyes and curls, but Elder Neil L. Andersen (one of the Apostles of my church) is doing an education seminar with the Michael Crow (president of ASU), so we're going to that tonight. I'll probably do those movements later with the dumbbell set we bought for this purpose.

HOw much benefit do you see from the HS. Shoulder Press?

HOw much benefit do you see from the HS. Shoulder Press?

I've actually only just now started to use it. A lot of the time the areas I can do standing shoulder press are taken, or I'm otherwise just too tired to keep standing, so I often end up using machines. The problem is that the main shoulder press machine messes up my shoulder, so I'm trying this one. Though this one may be worse given how short I am. I probably just need to stop being lazy and do the standing press whenever I can.

good job on legs man. I am curious to see how you like the hammer strength as well. I always do seated BB overhead press.

When I used to train at LA Fitness, they had a seated barbell press. It was perfect. I go to an awesome gym now that caters to athletes (Independence Gym in Scottsdale), but the one thing they don't have is a proper seated barbell press. I'm limited to the smith machine or other fixed path machines.

Day 60:

Bench: 235x5 235x5 235x5
Iso. I Bench: 90x12 90x12 90x11
Machine Preacher Curl: 60x15 60x10 60x8
Rope Pushdown: 72.5x8 72.5x8 62.5x8 <--Had to do this on a different station.

Tomorrow is my last day. I've been taking 3 caps since yesterday so I can make sure my last days are on training days. I couldn't do back work because I'm recovering from an ingrown hair (or something) on my armpit. It's an open wound at this point (bandaged though). I was able to bench for some reason, but any attempt at back work irritated it (especially at the contraction, oddly). I also managed to randomly screw up my ankle (at the medial malleolus), so if I step a certain way, it hurts a lot. So, who knows if I'll get to squat tomorrow. These last two weeks have been one thing after another. We'll see how the progress pics look, but I feel like this whole cycle has now been a waste.

Day 61 (Final Day):

Squats: 300x3 300x3 300x4
GHR: BWx12 BWx10 BWx11
Seated Macine Row: 200x10 200x9 200x9
Pullups: BWx8 BWx6 BWx5
Side Raise: 30x10 30x10 30x10 22.5x12

Today was my last day on cycle. OL Sup3r PCT came in today, so the timing was perfect. I feel like most of my strength is back to where I was two weeks ago, which is impressive to me. I held back on the squats because I was still afraid of my knee and my ankle (both have felt like they could get injured again today). I'll type up my final thoughts and post before/after pics within the next couple of days. Briefly, I've enjoyed the cycle (besides the last two weeks), but think it would have been good to go for a higher dose of 1-andro (if it wasn't so expensive). I went up 10lbs (174-184) in the first month, but I had little difference in definition. I weighed in at about 180.5 today, since I've been trying to cut back down on the fat I gained. At this weight, I think I look a litter better than I did at the start when I was 174. My PCT will last a month, and I'll get bloodwork done a couple weeks afterward to make sure my body is back to where it should be.

Final Thoughts:

The first 6 weeks were great. I only had 1-Andro for the first few, and got the 4-andro just in time to combat the lethargy that started creeping in. Within the first month, I had gone from 174 to 184, with noticeably more definition (save for my stomach), so there was definite muscle gain. I brought myself down to 180 afterward because I had gained more fat than I wanted. My strength shot up noticeably, as well as my ability to do more volume.

Stats:
Bench - 225x5 for 3 sets to 240x5 for 5 sets.
Squats - 275x5 for 4 sets to 300x5 for 4 sets.
Deads - 365x5 for 3 sets to 375x5 for 3 sets (almost 4).

I had major cramping at first, but through trial and error found potassium to be the most helpful addition.

The last two weeks, it all fell apart. My wife and I got the flu, so we couldn't train. Then I got random injuries and couldn't train everything. Then, the flu came back, but turned into something else. My wife seems to have gotten over it, but I've been dealing with it for the last week. So, I barely got to train during the last two weeks of my cycle, as well as the entire first week of my PCT. I'm not bothering with progress pictures, because I've pretty much lost everything from this cycle. I've wasted the money I spent on 1-andro and PCT, as well as the two bottles of 4-andro that LG Sciences sent me (which I feel bad about). If I do another cycle, I'm going to have to make sure it's not during flu season, and that I minimize my chance of injury. As for my first cycle, it doesn't seem like it's been worth it. This is no fault of the products. For the time I was able to train, they were great. Outside factors that have kept me from the gym the last 3 weeks have brought me back to square one. I might be back a few weeks after PCT with bloodwork to make sure I'm not shut down.

Nevermind I don't read good lol?

I've been looking at this stack. Would you recommend it for somebody who has never done any type of prohormones yet?

It was his first prohormone run, and although he got sick at the end, it sure seems like it was one helluva successful cycle!

I'm not sure how you arrived at that conclusion from what was posted?

prior to him getting sick, he gained 10lbs in under a month.

It sucks that he had outside issues that made his cycle less than perfect, however it definitely shows that the compounds worked and worked well at their intended purpose.

He said it was Almost all FAT that was gained expecially in the stomach from what is said to be a dry compound, and he had to cut back weight. That says to me he was eating very high calories which explanes ALL weight and strength gains.

By his own words he was not even able to conclude if it worked or not.

Believe me nobody wants to see 1 and or 4 andro produce great results more than me, I'm actually chomping at the bit for it hahaha.

I guess we can agree to disagree on his words...despite them being right here:

Noticeable more definition != fat. Definite muscle gain != fat. Yes, he did say he brought himself down due to gaining more fat than he wanted, but to say it was all fat... come on?

184 - 174 is 10 lbs.

He says he adjusted to 180 due to fat.

184 - 180 = 4 lbs

10 lbs - 4 lbs = 6 lbs

6/10 is 60% which != almost all fat. In fact, 60% is majority muscle gain.

If you want to see what 1Andro/4Andro stack can do you can also see my log where I gained 11 lbs and i am not new to PH/DS/Andros.

Who said anything about him gaining ALL fat sure wasn't me, perhaps you meant to quote someone else? I will definitely check out your log like I said i'm very interested in these!

OP, Thank you for taking time to do this log and either way it looks like you had some gains in size and strength, I hope you get better soon and can keep attacking your goals!!!

Ok dude, if you want to play word games that's fine... But he never said or implied that it was "Almost all FAT" either.... You totally misread/misinterpreted his review.

What exactly is making you so angry?

All right, it's been a few weeks since I ended my PCT, which consisted only of a month run of Sup3r PCT. My cycle consisted of 200mg 1-Andro for 8 weeks, and either 150mg or 225mg of 4-andro from weeks 2-8. I could have sworn the 4-Andro bottle said 75mg per tab, but the websites all say 50mg now. My bloods came back very good. My Test over the last year, prior to my cycle, has ranged from 450-680ish fasted, so this is in line with that (except the one time it registered 131...). Not seen is that my blood counts are all good as well, minus EOS at 0.6, with a reference range of 0.0-0.4x10E3/uL. Best I can tell from researching, that has to do with white blood cells. If so, my white blood cell count has always been slightly outside of reference (not sure if that has to do with my constant acne or I'm secretly dying)...

I've also maintained roughly the same size/strength as I had when I began the PCT. Which is slightly higher than when I began the cycle. As a reminder, I had gained quite a lot of strength and about 10lbs during the cycle, but constant flu and injury during the last 2 weeks, and then the first week of PCT, ruined it.
