Thats my goal... to get to 180-185ish while maintaining at least same body fat as now, but my ultimate goal is 180-185ish full defined abs so that will require <10%bf.

How much is his PR for 3 major lifts (bench, deadlift & squat)?

Squats 405, benches 330, pulls 565. We're trying to get his squat to not suck but he can be inconsistent with training. And I don't know a lot of people with decent squats that skip squatting lol.

Haha.... I am not sure, but the troche is waxy and soft. The container does have marks on it to score each on into 20mg, but I then use exacto knife to split into another 4. I got from compound pharmacy thru my TRT doc.

Ain't that the truth.... Thats a good thing because we want to ALWAYS progressively increase our goals.....

Day 7 Feb 3 Workout #2 and Evening cardio

Sipped on 1.5 scoop before and during lunge session

Comments: I tend to only have about 20mins for my 2nd workout...so to make the most out of it, I do a Monster super set or drop set. Amazon confirmed that I will receive my DIESELADE later today which I paid for myself. This is the first time that I've logged a product and then purchased it....I'll let you guys determine what I think about DIESELADE

Exactly. With his frame and strength level overall his squat is just lacking. Nothing wrong w a clean 405 squat! But he's good for much more and he knows it. It's more about being your personal best really. Numbers are all relative.

Except when you squat like 900+. That's big for anyone, any weight, drugs, geared or raw. That's a big squat

Comment: I can't tell any difference between 1 scoop and 1.5 scoops, but I only tried for 1 day so that is not enough time to "feel" the difference and so many other variables involved. I was going to do chest today, but got influenced by a clk's thread about deadlifts. Deadlifts is my favorite lift. I try to (when I can remember) do heavy deadlift session and then a lighter session once a week. I need to get a workout routine rather than doing whatever isn't sore or by going of memory. Today is a lighter session.

Day 9 Feb 5

Sipped on a scoop before and during workout

Comments: I did chest today. Cialis has kicked in because pumps were unreal. Better pump that any OTC supplement I've tried which is to be expected. My right forearm was so pumped that I couldn't continue with dumbbell bench press. This is the first time I had to end early due to extreme pumps. I'll have to figure out a resolution because I'll quit cialis if it'll prevent me from lifting. So I hit the pec dec and cable flys which was fine. My left golfer elbow started to flair up during workout. I think it was due to my trying to compensate for extreme forearm pump.

DIESELADE still producing for me. 1st tub is about little less than 1/4 left because some days I take up to 3 scoops as I workout 3 times that day. I am working from home today so I won't be able to do my usually afternoon mini workout. I'll go back to gym for cardio and abs tonight.

My shirt, boxers and partially shorts were drenched in sweat. So bad that I almost slipped on the treadmill when I put my foot back on after taking a sip of DIESELADE.

When I do cardio, I usually always do 30 mins on recumbent bike, but last night I did that and then got on treadmill. And when I do treadmill, I never run, I set the incline on highest and speed walk....NOT last night. I didn't jog, I RAN on highest incline at 5.5mph....that may not be very fast, but it does take a toll on you.

Maybe it took a week for DIESELADE to marinate in my body??

Can't wait to go back to gym in few hours.

Nice. Placebo effect is done and over with and I continue to see results. One of the rare occasion that produce meets what is claimed on label.

Nah. Milk better bc it has caisen. It is a good ideal to get bcaas 1hour after ur post workout meal.
