Ez bar curls 60 second timed rest between each set

That 60 seconds wasn't bad until about the 7th set and then by the 10 set I was struggling.

And by the 7th set here these got pretty hard. That 60 seconds at this point needed to be 90 but I just dropped a few reps. Arms are past sore and hurt!
 
Beast of a workout! Pretty crazy yet kind of exciting about Alaska! Would definitely be an experience! I've only lived in the south- not sure I'd know how to survive.

Way to string all of those push groups together! That had to have become progressively more challenging by the last workout.
 
It's been a long week. Did get in a light leg workout and light back workout in earlier this week. Nothing to really annotate on them as it was just going through the motions to get something in.

Didn't want to torque my back.. I was about 3/4's and left side just wouldn't go on up.

Not sure. I was surprised. I just checked and the last leg workout in the gym doing hacks, presses, extensions, and curls was on Halloween.
I've done some extensions at the house and some squats with bands but nothing to mimic the heavy weight.

Yep, guess that was a good day.

Powered through is an understatement! Yikes! Your 1RM on leg press must be 1100! Legs will grow with that session!
 
I am getting curious what my 1RM is on them. But I also like the work up volume. Might test it one day and see what I get.

I do plan on hitting 1005lbs though just so I can say I can leg press Over a half ton...lol
 
Chest Day...at the gym.

I actually think I prefer doing chest at home since I'm so use to my bench setup. But it's cold and wet outside and I wanted to hit a little heavier DB's.

By dropping them on their end usually from doing a pressing move. I see guys doing it all the time. I understand having to drop them sometimes but there IS a correct way that won't result in damage.
Seen guys drop them doing DB overhead tricep press too instead of using a spotter. That really can damage them.
Good thing is the 110's aren't bent. Just will have to jump from 95's to 110's going forward.
