Gained lots of water after an antibiotic run. I also want to lean up before sprig break. I don't want anything that causes acne like erase pro or arimistane

Your body will naturally filter it out before you go on spring break so I wouldn't worry about it.

You have time before spring break. I would recommend getting on a good diet and throwing in a fat burner like norcdrene and shift by pes and seeing how that works. You probably still have at least two months before spring break right?

Dandelion Root Extract or an AI like PES Erase Pro+

Edit: I just read that Erase gives you acne. Try SNS Inhibit E.

I use 2g daily of Dandelion Root consistently for the past 6 months. So far been doing really well to not bloat or retain much water.

THIS. If you are looking to get rid of BLOAT, then use this.

But like everyone else has stated you have time before spring break, just kick your diet into high gear

Will pes shift cause acne

No, but are you already lean? That won't really help you lose water weight which is the title of your thread.

If you're looking at a fat burner, what is your supplement experience? What is your age? How long have you been lifting? How long have you been following a structured diet?

So are you looking for a fat burner or something to get rid of sub q water retention? Your title leans toward sub q water retention, but your posts have you leaning towards a fat burner. If you're more concise, we can help you better. At 12% and getting ready for spring break, I would assume a fat burner.

I wouldn't recommend this guy to take a diuretic if he has to ask what they are and what they do. OP, do some damn research man
