I'll do a meet with u and we can do tandem bench to equal a good one lol
How successful have the squat peaks for your previous 3 meets been? I'd base my decision on that. Don't go changing something if it's worked well imo.
Depends on how comfortable you feel in the wraps.
If you don't think it will take long to get the technique down, then ride the wrapless work.
But if you think it will take some time to get back to being comfortable with a wrapped squat, then you're probably better off getting into them now.
Hmm. I guess i'll just defer to jim's post then. Also consider how far out you want to feel the heavier weights on your back. It's probably less of an issue for you considering you have so much more wrapped experience than i do.
