GOOD GRIEF!!!!! Me and you brother lol I swear we are twins. Although I didn't cut myself with a knife :( I did have the carpal tunnel surgery this past Tuesday, and when I took my bandage off I about fell out lol. My right hand looks like a baseball where I have a good bit of stitches from the surgery. I get mine taking out this Thursday. On top of the surgery I ended up scratching my right eye cornea, and landed with bronchitis lol can we say hello 2016!!! Anyway glad to see your getting better and I hope it heals fast. I can't lift for 6 to 8 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No hammer press machine in my garage! So I do all hammer work either with db's or the swiss bar.

Thanks chris! That is what people at work keeps saying, but I am surprised how fast this is healing.... hitting it with polysporin twice a day and band aids and healing right up!

Nice couple days of workouts there. As always, a lot of volume. Busy days that turn into a blur are great! So active you don't have time to think about being sore!
 
Great back session brother!! I always think your back strength is crazy wicked. Id give anything to have both back and traps.
