opinions on DMZ cycle

Hey guys starting another cycle next week. Just looking for some opinions before hand, anything I'm missing or anything you guys suggest or whether or not it looks good to you

5 weeks of DMZ ,still unsure on dosages for now so if anybody has any suggestions on that
Cycle support by AI along with TUDCA
From what I read DMZ is considered non aromatizing so I wouldn't think that I would need a AI but some say to keep some on hand. So I'll probably take some type of AI with it just because.

DMZ is simple. Ideally you always have an AI on hand regardless, but don't just use it simply because you think you should. If you start to see estrogen-related side effects, then start a low dose of arimidex or aromasin. If not, then don't use it. Your nolva dose is high, no need to go over 20 for DMZ. DMZ typically comes in 15mg caps, I don't know your cycle history or training history but 45mg is a solid dose. I typically go with CEL Cycle Assist and CEL PCT Assist for my supports.

Celtic mass for 5 weeks at
40/40/50/50/60
Cycle support by AI

Rolax for 4 weeks at 60mg
And a test booster
Went pretty well,cut a lot of fat and put on about 10lb of muscle. Had some
Blood work done and my alt was a little high at the end.could have been because I didn't run a cycle support through my pct. so I added in some TUDCA this time.
My Nolva dose wasn't really set in stone at 40mg it's just what I researched some others dosing at. I'm currently 215lbs
