Keep going! GH release doesn't start dropping until the 6th month! Even after 2 years the gh increase is nearly 40% over baseline. I would plan on at least a 6 month run tbh.
Even after the 6 month point the igf-1 concentration continues to go up even beyond 2 years of use. Unfortunately I think I only have one more bottle of GHAR1NE...
I'll trade you...a trip to BJ's for a bj!!! Bahahaha!!! :D ;D

^^^This. Haha. The F'd up thing is that even if we get them anyway, our wives can persuade us to do just about anything they want with this bargaining chip. Many late night trips to the store have been made, dishes washed, even laundry folded because of the words "I'll give you a ..."

Nothing huge today but was still a good session. Still staying right around my comfort zone and still putting up decent numbers for myself. Off cycle is just hard, if you're not on then something just feels missing from your routine. It's almost like leaving your headphones at the house...for 3 months straight! New diet is going smooth, have kept to it very tight so far and I'm starting to lean back out a little but weight has been pretty consistent around 170. Well, back to the cold! Stay warm out there today!

Glad you like it! Me and YatesWifey04 are working on our 6th tub of it. I have a bunch of other pwo's in my cabinet that I won't even touch as long as I have my conqu3r.

I had to go to work this morning :( YatesWifey04 partied all night and didn't get home until 3am so she was a no show this morning.
 
I did!! I went to enjoy some live music, beer, & girl talk with a friend. It was much needed.

Have put down 2000 calories by 8 am this morning, squats and deads make me hungry! My little diet was nice while it lasted, I am noticeably slimmer in the waist but I gotta keep my weight moving up. My new gym has a wall with 800 club, 1000 club, and 1200 club. I intend to go ahead and get up there on the 1000 club and I want to push myself over the next few months to get to that 1200 club. May not happen in a few months but I will keep working at it. Goals people! They keeps us motivated and hungry!

Maybe one day I will try to go heavy enough to join a 1k club. I have pulled 500 on deads in the past but don't like going heavy anymore lol

I'm not too big on 1rm anymore either but my ego requires me to get my name on that wall. It's a gift and a curse!
 
So....gotta put off my cycle for a month because I said a while back that I would beta test cistafuse. Oh well, another 30 days won't kill me! Today is a rest day although I'm really fighting the urge to hit the gym.

Soooo, I've been in here (obviously) but haven't been logging my work-outs as much. Don't worry, I'm still hitting the gym like normal. I just haven't been logging as much, because I've been a bit distracted. Although yates84 & I have been together for almost 12 years & consider ourselves married (clearly) we have never actually made it official....for various reasons. Well, most of the variables keeping us from it are no longer in play & yates84 recently asked me to marry him again. So, we've decided to make it officially official (ha!) & have a ceremony in October. My brain has gone into planning overdrive. So, if I seem less active, at times, that is why. I will do my best to keep things up to date though. It does give me a bit more motivation though...gotta look good in that wedding dress!!
