Even after the 6 month point the igf-1 concentration continues to go up even beyond 2 years of use. Unfortunately I think I only have one more bottle of GHAR1NE...Keep going! GH release doesn't start dropping until the 6th month! Even after 2 years the gh increase is nearly 40% over baseline. I would plan on at least a 6 month run tbh.

Have put down 2000 calories by 8 am this morning, squats and deads make me hungry! My little diet was nice while it lasted, I am noticeably slimmer in the waist but I gotta keep my weight moving up. My new gym has a wall with 800 club, 1000 club, and 1200 club. I intend to go ahead and get up there on the 1000 club and I want to push myself over the next few months to get to that 1200 club. May not happen in a few months but I will keep working at it. Goals people! They keeps us motivated and hungry!
