Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

Okay so for this cycle I have the following for cycle support. Can anyone let me know if there is something else I should add?

Note that I obviously won't be using all of these at once and may not use some at all (letrozole, etc). I also want to pick up some ralox in case my gyno decides to flare up despite my preventative measures.

I also picked up some of those cheap Analyzed Supplements products off amazon like chlorotest, t-alatus, and Fenu400. I got 2 chlorotest so I'm trying out one bottle now, and the other stuff I'm going to use in PCT along with OL LJ100. USPlabsRep was going to send some Ultimate T to try out a while back but nothing's shown up so I'm not sure.
Clomid will be on order soon.

Wow that's ALOT of Supps LoL support supps look great, I usually ran with CEL Cycle Assist which is similar to the one you got, more then enough, Anything more and you might detox the damn Tren and PH's right out of your system hah. Stellar setup my man!
 
P/S I would use prami over the caber but BE CAREFUL! start it low, .25mg at night before bed preferably with a snack and wait 7 days to raise dose by increments of .25 stuff will mess you up bad but its an awesome thing to run even by itself for RLS/Anxiety/Libido if you wanted to reinforce that with the B6 you could throw in something like Prolactrone or with those ingredients Mucuna Puriens/L-dopa and L-tyrosine is what syntheses them but everything together at a low dose to start to keep prolactin down if your worried about it but beware it can make you groggy if taken during the day, and also low doses like I said cause the L-dopa/Mucuna Puriens and L-tyrosine can raise your dopamine levels with the prami and if they get to high you feel like your having a heart attack. no worries as long as you start low and slowly work your way up. but they all work synergistically to raise your GH

Looks good, you sure have a mad sack full of goodies there. Are you planning on running the liver & cycle assist products together, or liver first? Ar1macare Pro is super dosed, i'd use that over cycle assist so you have the estrogen/prolactin buffers, lessening the possible need for the pharma compounds.

I'm not using it all at the same time, starting with the cycle assist and tudca and using the arimacare pro when I run out. The LiverClean is for PCT most likely.
And don't worry the drugs make me hungry as hell so I will have plenty of room ;)

Yeah I figured better to have plenty than not enough. I'd use the arimacare pro first but I don't think it's coming till the end of January. I guess I could just run the cycle assist until it comes in and then save the rest of it for later!

Weighed in at 218lbs after my workout. This is with a half gallon of water drank, and 1270kcals consumed prior to the workout. 63g pro, 139g carb, 48g fat. Post workout shake (after weighing): 52.5g carb, 24g pro, like 2g fat.
 
Hey 1 question - when ur doing the cables do you pause before hitting pos on each rep . I used to pause for 3 7 1 really burna ya chest up good.

You talking about the cable flies? I usually don't do any pausing, but I definitely don't use any momentum or anything to get my reps done, at least not till the end of the set.

Hell yes . Sounds good . Adding in some pauses will help da gains a bit. If u ever tire of an exercise try the pausing then slow negatives holy shït i had doms like ya read about when i use this method.

So it looks like I'm going to be getting 2 workouts in today.
I just got back from the gym. We are introducing a new team training option where a group of 4-10 people go through a workout together, and the employees did a practice run together today so us trainers would know how it works out. It was brutal.
Warmed up with: broad jump with burpees, walking toe touches, twist lunges, bear crawl, crab walk, mountain climbers.
Then we rotated through different rounds which were basically big megasets.
Round 1:
kettle bell squats 3 sets of 15
Modified pull-ups 3x15
Jump rope the amount of time the other people in your group are doing the other exercises
Round 2:
Kettle bell deadlift 3x15
Push-ups 3x15
Step ups, same setup as the jump rope
Round 3:
Kettle bell thrusters 3x15
Dumbbell bench 3x15
Row machine same setup as jump rope and step ups
At the end each person took a turn doing the battle ropes 20 reps, while everyone else did toe taps until it was their turn.
I'm drenched in sweat. Going back to do back and biceps in about an hour and a half.
Grabbing something to eat now so I don't die.

It definitely did. Just slammed a big plate of spaghetti, I've got a little left over macaroni and cheese too, I think I'm gonna have that and chug a bunch of water mixed with bcaas.
