Donald Trump running for president

Canadian... That says it all. All the money they don't have to spend on defense because we are right next door. Tough to hurt a flea if it sits on a big dog. I worked for some Canadians, damn good engineers and even business men. But they tend to bend for the queen...

I guess when you have no real enemies, the people with all the enemies need to try and justify it somehow.

Who said that? Just because one person said that doesnt mean the entire group shares those feelings. It doesnt mean they are right wing extremists whatever that is.

This has nothing to do with religion, but everything to do with corrupt government swallowing the American people.

In all honesty, the majority of all US militia group members are ultra right wing though. I've done my research, but most people just know this. Also, when you go far enough into the right, it's impossible not to be religious. I've yet to meet one single far right athiest in my time.

I agree that religion has nothing to do with this standoff though.

Yes, as youngandfree stated earlier in this thread, the bible condones violence, if it is God's will. So killing people in the name of god is in fact Christian :) And considering that "God's will" is COMPLETELY left for interpretation, this is a bat**** crazy way to think. lol

Who cares what their religion is? All that matters is the policies they support. If they support the Constitution, freedom and liberty they are welcome no matter what their religion is. Forming a militia has nothing to do with religion, it is a protected right in our Bill of Rights.

What the hell is "far right" anyways? You live in a well, you only judge by your conditioned perception.

I find judging people and grouping them to be counter productive.....for the most part. I find good qualities and bad qualities in people in all walks of life.

you of all people should know that people who live on the coasts, both east and west[new York, la] have the perception they speak for all americans and what they think is always right....they have no idea how disconnected they are from mainstream America. the same is also true of Washington dc, probably even more so!!!

This is true. The populous of the dense cities does not represent the rural mindset in the heartland.

But I wouldn't call it mainstream. As in terms of popular. The next generation of rural areas will be less and less conservative in values. It's just the evolution of society.

unfortunately there are many Midwesterners who aspire to follow the trends being set on the [coasts]....but-I have hope that the next generation will abandon this!!!

when I was a kid we followed the trends of the coasts much the same as todays youth, but after awhile the tide turned and those youth's matured...I am referring to ultra liberal jimmy carter, followed by MR.CONSERVATIVE Ronald Reagan. HOPEFULLY THIS GENERATION WILL ALSO SEE THE LIGHT!!!
