LOL. My girlfriend and all her friends from home are kind of hippies. She didn't care about the hormones in milk crap but she used to go to a lot of festivals and concerts and do drugs and stuff. I've gone with her a couple times; it was an interesting experience.
She doesn't really like taking all that stuff anymore though, but she still goes to concerts. I think it's good she can cut that out while still enjoying what she loves.
 
Whew! Worked out at the gym I work at finally for the first time just now. The weights for the cables are way different, much harder. So that's what's up with the poundage amounts for the cable work.

Back in high school I used to do an ab workout after every single workout lol. Too lazy now.
 
Chest tris done earlier at the ol local ymca I used to lift at back in high school. The weights are considerably heavier there than at other gyms. Oh well.

Considering a bottle of oral Tr3st, since I'll have half a bottle of dermatr3st left after my next cycle. So I'll have 8 weeks of dermatrest and if I get another oral bottle I can run that with it. But idk!

Super crappy back workout tonight, wasn't feeling too hot. Too much preworkout perhaps. I also ate a ton of food about an hour, hour and a half before the workout began. So maybe that contributed. Somehow still got a decent pump though and this is 2 and a half hours post workout. Had them anabolic IHOP pancakes after the gym.

Took it easy today, I guess I'll be doing a sort of deload over the holidays, lifting light and less volume, for less time. Then I'll be starting a variation of PHAT after New Years. I'll be starting to put that together over the next few days. Been kinda feeling sick ever since I took that damned SARMs preworkout last night.

Yeah, I just feel it's necessary. Having (probably) subpar hormone levels, been training hard for months straight with no breaks, school, it's all catching up to me. I've felt pretty banged up and fatigued and almost started feeling like I was getting the flu so I know it's time to back off a little.
Plus I'll be able to come bursting into the new year at 100%, and I'll be getting a hang of my new program by the time my cycle starts.

My plans exactly. I needed a break and I'm going to be away from any gym all weekend so I decided to make a week out of it. If I was cycling like Dma378 then I would be skipping Christmas to get a few extra sessions in!

Hahaha right. I think I'll do a full week of deload workouts and then take a few days off completely, not sure how many, before I start the new schedule. Come back ready to fcuk shiit up.

Did legs this morning with my big ass bodybuilder buddy. It was hard to take it easy like I told myself I was going to. We did a pretty solid one hour workout.
Leg curls, plate loaded squat press, smith machine squats, vertical leg press, walking lunges with a barbell.

So I got a Fitbit for Christmas, set it up immediately and have been wearing it since last night. Seems that my resting heart rate is around 55bpm! Not bad at all for a stim junkie lol.
 
Yea I got mine a fee weeks early so I could start using it. I got to say the sleep tracking on it is crazy as far as how it knows once you have fallen asleep and when u make during the night
 
Hit back today with the bodybuilder again, he only does 45-60 minute workouts so fortunately I can still take it fairly easy.
Wide grip lat pull downs: 20,15,12,10

Pull-ups to failure 2 sets
Ab crunch machine 100 reps, start with 45lb plate to failure, 25lb plate to failure, the rest with no added weight

Got some hawthorn berry while picking up my grocery bag of samples, I'm starting loading it today for my upcoming cycle. It's got 90 caps in it so I'll run it into my cycle alongside the rest of my cycle supports.
Also CEM needs to get their sh1t together so I can grab some quality aromasin! Website's down or something.

Would there be much benefit versus side effects by adding 300mg test/week to 75mg/day of trest as well as epiandro? Right now plans are to go without test but I have some extra so if it's worth it might as well add it in.

It's relatively low doses of each. Maybe lower the Trest to 50. But the epi Andro should help reduce e2 a bit with the combo. I just can't say from experience....yet. I will be doing this approximate combo next cycle. It's one of those things if it's not feeling right, adjust or drop something. It could very well be a very favorable mix though.

Yeah good points. I have oral and TD trest, if I add in test do you think I should just save the TD and do 50mg oral preworkout? My reasoning for that would be that trest is no longer the backbone of my cycle because of the test E.
I could also just save the test to run after I come off tren. Getting prop to run with the tren. It's no trouble to get more test though

That's what I plan on doing. 50mg of Trest PWO only. With Prop at 350/week and epistane for 6 weeks followed by anavar at some point.
