Goal: Recomp

History - been being for over 19 years now. Hit one muscle group per day- 6 day on / 1 day off. I have used a lot of PWO in that time and also fat burners and laxo/epi products.

Diet- I am a clean eater no problem. Eat 6-8 meal per day. Carbs - oatmeal in morning. Protein high and some fats.

DAY 1 - ABS AND CALVES

Not a major day of training. Took 1/2 scoop of Ferox. I am someone who is sensitive to stims so I start out slow and keep it low- I just need a slight push and don't like that high sim feel. For me it interfere with mind to muscle connection. Even at 1/2 scoop it hit hard in 15 mins. Energy and focus very high. I mixed it in 6 oz water and it mix with zero problems. The Flavor is Jungle Juice....it taste like tropical with citrus and pineapple and papaya. I think that is what I am tasting but can't be sure. The inferno will be used on off days. I will use the Legendary in a few more day- I am now on GW and it may conflict with results. So hold on.

With epi and laxo being natty anabolics, there were only products that were either or...legendary is the first and only product that I know of that combines both. Props!

Delta burn out good. Added a lot of volume. Ferox was taken at 3/4 scoop. Energy and focus very high and workout seemed easier. Rest b/t set also less and getting into a good zone.

Took 1 scoop and headed to gym. Leg workout was great and Ferox backed me up all to the end. 1 Scoop was alittle to much. I think my sweat spot is 1/2 to 3/4 scoop.
 
DAY 4- FULL REST DAY.

Took 2 cap Inferno and energy and focus sit in about 20-30 min. Nice pick me up and I felt hotter thought out the day.

1.5 scoop of Ferox. Legendary at 2 caps. Burnt delts out good. This tend to be a easy body part for me. It grows like weeds. Feeling good focus and energy and kill it.

Ferox was a great PWO. I start at 1/2 scoop and then went to 1 full scoop and then up it to 1.5 scoops. I feel the Sweet spot was 1 scoop. The taste as Jungle Juice- which was not bad- light tropical taste and it mixs very good. Also no noted GI upsets. This kick in fast at around 20-30min. First is a great boost of energy and soon after your focus comes online and you have tunnel vision. All this make for a great environment to lift some heavy ass weight. Strength went up and rest b/t set less and was able to get in more reps also. This was super clean and energy lasted hours after workout. And after no crash to speck of.

Legendary- This is little harder to assess. I feel it has help with endurance and also leaned me out a lot. Most noted is the abs areas. So combined with Ferox this was a great product.

Inferno- used it more on off days. Great clean energy and focus and appetite was less also. Only got a sample of this - so the run was to short to really give feedback in term of weight loss.
