What's up everyone !! I want to first give a huge shout out to the Performax reps for picking me. I haven't done very many sponsored logs on here for a long time so I was surprised to get picked. Not sure how many people here know me so I will give a little background.
I'm 39yrs old, married with 3 kids, all boys ugh haha. I'm a manager at an Anytime Fitness so I live in the gym pretty much Been lifting seriously for about 5-6 years now. I just finished my second BBing show where I placed very well. I plan on competing again in June at the Oklahoma Grand Prix. My last show was Nov.7. I have finally hit a plateau on gaining some weight back. Sitting at about 198-200.
I cut for 18 weeks last time because I let my BF get out of hand. So my goals are to put back on some quality muscle with as little fat as possible. I am hoping Slinmax helps with that.
As of right now my macros sit at Cals 3,852 F 124.4 C 338.8 P 335.5
At least that is before supper. I eat 4 planned meals plus a shake with oats everyday. Depending on when my last meal is dictated whether I have dinner after work or not. Sometimes it is just a PB&J sandwhich So besides my possible last meal I am eating normal bro foods.
My workout consists of a combo of Layne Norton Power hyper routine and his PH3. I was doing PH3 but it was to much on my shoulders so switched to just the PH and still squatting 3 times a week as called for in PH3. I squatted 500lbs for 1 rep last week so the strength part of PH3 does work !!
My supplement use right now is:
Magnum Limitless pre-workout
Myogenix Aftershock post-workout
Piping Rock Digestive enzymes and Probiotics
Magnum Protein
SLINMAX

I will skip my enzymes and probiotics during the meals I take Slinmax. I was getting pretty bloated which is why I started them, and want to see how I am with just Slinmax.
