Prep rebound with Performax ' Slinmax '

Arms are finally sore as hell from my workout yesterday !!!



Another sleepless f'kn night last night, so no lifting this morning.
Got 3 sets of 435lb to squat tomorrow, going to kill it !!!

Leg day 82.5% of max

Squats- 435 3 sets 3

Leg extensions- 210 2 sets 10

Leg Curls- 160 2 sets 8

Seated calf raises- 205lbs 4 sets 6

Didn't hit my prescribed 3 sets of 5 on squats. It seems I have the strength in my legs because I am not having any troubles pushing the weight, but I feel like my upper body is about to crumble !! I don't feel like I am leaning forward or losing my form, just feels god awful heavy on my upper body haha.



Dosed the slinmax last night and the went out to have Mexican food. Over did it eating but woke up feeling and looking lean this morning so that is a plus !! Not sure how many doses I have left but will check tonight when I get home. I have been dosing it on average 2 caps/ twice a day.
 
Supposed to take today off but had to be at the gym early this morning so hit chest and shoulders. My shoulder is still bothering me so I couldn't go heavy, just hit some reps.

Slight incline DB press-
70's x 8
75's x 8
80's x 8
85's x 8
90's x 8

High cable C/O- weight each side
50 x 10
60 x 10
70 x 10
80 x 8

Seated side lateral raises-
25's 4 x 10

Front Cable raises-

Bent over rear lateral raises-
20 3 x 12

Rollin' Swollen this morning !!! :D Crazy ass pump !!!

Going to increase my carbs +/-25g a meal which will put my right at 500g a day now. Weight is holding and still look fairly lean. I've been just over 400g/day so we'll see what happens :D

Always a good thing when you can increase carbs and still look lean!
 
6oz venison, 10oz sweet potatoes, 1 cup white rice. Carb overload !!!

Even though I am still dosing the SlinMax at 4 caps a day (2 separate doses) It really works well even though I am taking in 500+ carbs a day I am not bloated, which honestly surprises the hell out of me haha. I will get some updated pics and a review up soon.

Your strength is incredible! 435 squats for sets of 3, very impressive dude. Glad to see Slinmax is treating you well. Your workouts are packing some serious volume! Keep up the good work man.
