Nice. I find the combination of ahswagandha and theanine to be a bit too calming without caffeine. It's great for relaxing at night though.Yeah I was going to mix all the above in a cup of coffee.

You're going to want a choline source. If you're on a budget, go with choline bitartrate (2g). It's really cheap, will provide you with the choline you want when you're taking a racetam, and even has a study showing some cognitive-type benefits in healthy young adults. Thanks for all the help guys.
Got my stack thrown together and everything on order.
-bacopa 50% (600mg am)
- L Theanine (200mg am)
- ashwaghanda 2.5% withanolides (1g am)
-hup a (200mcg am)
-aniracetam (500mg am)
-Noopept (15-30mg am)
All powders will be mixed into my morning cup of coffee.
Last question:
Do I NEED a choline source?
Is 150-300mg Alpha GPC generally enough to stave off headaches from 20-30 mg doses of Noopept?
Yes, that is the dose ranges that work for me.
Noopept causes headaches? I didn't know this. Which Noots tend to give headaches, just the racetams/Noopept?
I have some on the way but I'll be taking it with FXT and that should cover me for choline source.
High doses of Noopept deplete choline I believe. That's why people supplement with Choline to combat it.
Ok thanks you helped me avoid a bad situation due to ignorance
Noopept hasn't gave me any headaches. Although, I use focus xt as my pre workout 4x a week...
When does Aniracetam peak? 2hrs after ingestion? Trying to time this for an interview..
I know lol
I know lol
scoop focus xt
Well let's see if acute benefits are prominent. My choline bitartrate is coming this afternoon so I used my focus xt instead.
Interviews 1030 today for a position with a state agency for land reclamation and air pollution (I'll act as a liaison)
Took;
1 roundedscoop focus xt
200mg l-theanine
300-350mg bacopa
1g ashwaghanda
750mg aniracetam
^ drank that about 10min ago (740am) in another 20 minutes I'm going to take 30mg Noopept nasally
*PS mixing those powders in my focus xt and drinking that.. Was not pleasant lol Pina colada didn't taste so good![]()
Small burst of what felt like energy (focus xt) with some mental clarity that lasted maybe 45min. Right now there is a subtle calming effect with minute clarity/focus.
The clarity/focus isn't any different then when I take the Noopept by its self.

Do you take all 1g Ashwagandha at the same time?
I did
Does it have any different benefits/effects compared to splitting it? (either 250 per dose, 500 per dose, etc)
Never dosed more than 500mg at once, so I'm curious.
I regularly take 5-600mg KSM-66 at once. It seems that some people react differently to ashwagandha; I've heard some people say it makes them tired, while it gives other people energy.Nor have I and not sure I would to be honest with ya.

Best of luck on the interview bruh!

My bad for not being clear; 500-600mg. 2 caps of 250-300mg. 3g KSM seems like overkill, haha. You take 5 caps of 600mg KSM-66 at once or
You take 500-600mg of KSM-66 at once?
I'm glad it went well man.Interview went well. Thanks for the well wishes guys.
Anyhow, my night time relaxation will be;
100mg l-theanine
275mg bacopa
500mg ashwaghanda
I know bacopa doesn't have sedating effects but for cumulative cognitive enhancement I need to atleast at the bare minimum 500mg bacopa daily.
I'm glad it went well man.
What % bacosides bacopa extract are you using again?
Based on the research, you really only need 165mg bacosides (300mg at 55% is commonly used in the studies). One study did use 165mg bacosides for people under 90kg, and 247.5mg for people over 90kg. Another study noted acute effects with bacopa supplementation at 176mg bacosides and 352mg bacosides (there's links to studies on the first page of this thread).275 @ @50% so 137.5 bacosides.
I was reading last night that 300-500mg bacosides is where you start reaping the benefits.. Correct me if I'm wrong bud. I'm still a noob to all of this
Rhodiola would be good. What else would you add to my current stack for acute benefits?
-aniracetam
-L theanine
-choline bitartrate (only using 1g btw)
-bacopa
-ashwaghanda
-Noopept
Maybe rhodiola?
And there is a definite difference between 1g ashwaghanda and 500mg. The bolus dose was better. Increased clarity and decisiveness with the 1g. Haven't notice anything with the 500mg dose.
I only mention the 2g since a study noted acute benefits with 2g. Choline bitartrate is pretty cheap.Haven't tried 2g choline yet. Looking and the least amount (grams) to use that'll keep headaches at bay.
I'll look at ornithine
What do you think of ceretropics super rhodiola? If you don't mind looking at it. I may order rhodiolaI'd always recommend rhodiola (3:1). It is great in a stack or as a solo supplement.
Literally after I wrote my previous post, I got a mild headache. Took another 1.5g after and headache went awayI only mention the 2g since a study noted acute benefits with 2g. Choline bitartrate is pretty cheap.

Nice to see some info and industry awareness of these products... We (Antaeus) have a solid combo of some of these in our latest product, PSyche:
Per cap (120 per container), suggested dose is ~2 caps
Phosphatidylserine 50% 300mg
Ornithine 100mg
Caffeine 35mg
Notice how these doses match up with the publications posted:
PS: publications use 200mg or 400mg, we use a whooping 600mg per dose (assuming 2 caps)
Ornithine: publications use 400mg or 200mg, we use 200mg (this was the dose in the study that found synergism with caffeine)
Caffeine: great range obviously, but the aforementioned study that examines it's interaction with ornithine uses 100mg, we use 70mg. I presume everyone takes extra caffeine anyhow...
Simple formulation without a dozen ingredients or any type of whack blend. Despite this, it has a strong basis on literature and believe me, you can feel it work.
Marketing. They aren't selling anything different than you can find out on the market for what would likely be much cheaper. Essentially they are trying to pitch the normal ratio naturally found in Siberian rhodiola as unique to their product with pretty pictures. Save your money or just order a sample pack and compare.
Good point. I do sometimes fall for fancy marketing and pretty pictures.![]()
