Yeah I remember when I was having an issue with AminoIV, Josh offered to replace it free of charge through AM pms. I didn't need it(retailer took care of it), but glad it was offered. PES customer service is matched only by the giants like doubleBdotcom, but great surprising they aren't a massive company.

Shipping costs are low internationally through Athletix, upon switching over they will be based on retailers' shipping so your call which is the better deal,

We actually do offer this.. you can only do the first class INTL up to I believe 4 pounds.. once you tip that scale then priority is your only option.
