Right there with you man. I need to buy another tub getting close to finishing this one.

I only use mine 4 times a week or less, I wouldn't dare use it on leg day lol. So the tub should last me at least 5 weeks!
 
3100 calories today: 155g protein, 211g carbs, 105g fat. Looks like I need more protein.

I think I'll have a protein shake and a bowl of ice cream. Lol
 
Ended up with 3400 cals yesterday, I didn't have ice cream but I did slam a protein shake and a handful of almonds. Took some willpower lol
Started the day off with 400mg caffeine. I'm not a morning person...
Ate 4 eggs on my way to class, munching on a bagel now. I think I'll go with a cup of oatmeal (dry) between classes and then a full meal between the next two classes.
I have it set up this semester where I have enough time between classes to go back to my apartment and grab a meal. I have just enough time to prepare it, eat, and head back to campus.
At least I get my cardio in, walking all day every day.
 
Training might be on the back burner this week though, I have an organic chemistry exam at 8am Thursday morning, and I'm taking the personal training certification exam 8am Friday morning. My laptop decided it was the perfect time to break on me so I have to go on campus to study or do anything with a computer. Fortunately there is a 24-hr facility with a full time convenience store AND Subway at my disposal.
I really wish the Aggro I ordered would be here in time to study for these exams but the order hasn't even been fulfilled yet.
I also need to look into finding a legit source for decently priced exemestane. I am 95% positive the product I've been using is either bunk or underdosed. Oh well.
I have arimidex from a good source on the way for my next cycle, I'll just add it to my stash until it's time to use it.

I struggled with it in high school but now it's coming a lot more easily to me. The last exam and this one have been hell though. So much info, I feel like my brain can't hold it all.
I've done general chem, now organic Chem, and have biochemistry next semester...

Wow, that was brutal. I'm lucky I have a B right now and he is most likely curving either the exam or our final grade. Praying I stay in B range...

Working on it, I'm on a super low budget this week and next week so it's gonna be a lot of eggs, white rice, chicken and oatmeal. Usually what it is anyway but I like to incorporate pasta and other things to diversify my diet. I have to work with what I currently have because I'm penniless right now Until my next paycheck comes in. Won't even be big because I didn't work last week while I was at home for thanksgiving break. Ugh.
Also have enough ingredient to make a big big batch of spaghetti with a lot of ground beef in it so I'm looking forward to having several meals of that.

Yep I also have a lot of tuna, but I run through a minimum of 2-3 cans in a sitting with however much rice... It goes quick.
I also use bagels to get my carbs up quickly.
I used to eat a box of mac n cheese almost every day but I got burnt out on it. Bummer.

My order of Chaos & Pain Aggro came in today, so I used a scoop of that with my PWO meal, then 20 min later drank my Conqu3r Unleashed. STUPID pump from pull-ups through the whole workout. Felt like one of those bros with invisible lat syndrome because my back was so full of blood I couldn't put my arms all the way down. Biceps were killing too.

2x110x20, 110x12 cut short because on the last rep it felt like something snapped in my hamstrings and hurt like a bitch so I stopped immediately and didn't do a fourth set.
I sat and stretched it out and massaged it. It feels better and I can walk semi comfortably, but it feels very tight or something. Kinda hurts to walk.
 
If anyone has any insight on what happened or has advice about how to treat it either or would be greatly appreciate it.
I assume just stretching, icing on and off, and maybe taking off a leg day would probably be my best bet.

Sounds like you are doing everything you can for it. Definitely take a little off time and let that heal up, would suck to hurt it worse!

The rest of the workout was great! Got to try Hydro3 for the first time and definitely loved it. Tried 2 caps but I'd be interested in going 3 or 4!
Maxed out the weight on the seated rows... I'll have to either add weight or work on perfecting my form next time. I will probably do the latter.
 
Well I woke up this morning at 8:59 for my 9am final... Was leaving the house at 9:00, sprinted about a mile there and was sitting down with the exam at 9:07. Not bad for a fat bodybuilder like myself lol.

I took 3 caps Hydro3, the pump is currently ridiculous. I'm sitting in the sauna and trying not to move my chest because it cramps every time I do.

It's gone down noticeably, but I'm currently still stronger than I was pre-cycle. I really wish I'd gotten HCG.

I would run HCG before you start PCT. End of cycle into that "in between" period while you're waiting for the drugs to clear out of your system.
Right now I'm at 35mg clomid ED, 20mg nolva ED, .5mg adex EOD. Would rather be using exemestane but the stuff I have is most definitely bunk or severely underdosed.

This seems to be a common occurrence here lately with exemestane. Bunk rc exemestane caused me to get gyno, I won't ever use rc again.

I have one company that I will use if I need it fast. But I almost always go RX
The Tamox and clomid are
So cheap RX. But the problem is that AI's RX's are so expensive without a prescription

I don't think I'm going to to wait 21 days after my last pin of deca like some places say. I will probably start pct in 14 days after last pin regardless. And yeah that's what I was going to do with my pregnyl
