X-Gels/X-Factor and Anabeta Elite

That's really good to know. I'm looking forward to giving it a shot. Do you think that it would bloat me too bad going straight to 4 tablespoons per day after coming off of a hard cut? I was thinking about doing half that for a couple weeks and then upping it to let my body adjust.

I'm not really sure why it would bloat you tbh unless you're increasing your calories tremendously. Two tbsp preworkout should be fine. But SL is a supplement you an actually use more with beneficially.

You won't know how your body responds until you try it. No one can tell you if you'll notice bloat/water retention or not. You may respond very nicely and notice some nice muscle fullness.

I'm only increasing my macros by about 50g carbs on off days and 80-100g carbs on workout days. I wanted to increase my fats around 30-50g respectively and SL have 12g fat per 2TBS so I guess I could just try it and see. I just saw some people got a bloat from it and wanted to ease into it.

Very true! My body is already used to ketosis so it may not be an issue at all with how my body utilizes it. I actually upped my fat intake for one of my shows once to fill out my muscles instead of carbs because my body responds to fats so well when I am dieting (even though I don't eat a ton of fat like some people do on ketogenic diets). I am still dry and lean and would like to ease into my bulk so that I can maximize lean mass and keep respectable aesthetics =). Bloating sucks haha

It's so cheap that I guess even if I don't like it I can't really lose.

I will for sure. I'll probably just add it to this thread in case anyone uses it as a reference in the future.

Thread resurrection! I just wanted to update this thread with what I think of soy lecithin so far. I have to say for $9-$11 it is some of the best money I have ever spent on a food/supplement. I am definitely already noticing more muscle fullness and I really like the taste actually. Taking it pre-workout works great as well (was slightly skeptical at first). I can't attest to the recovery/muscle building properties yet but I can definitely say that muscle fullness is definitely there already (and I'm sure it will get better).

There is no bloating to speak of. I have a feeling that the majority of people who got bloated didn't have their diets in check. Long story short, so far it's an awesome product!

What kind of protocol you adopted?
how many gr of lecithin?
the assumption is alone in the days on?

I take 4 tablespoons total of lecithin per day right now. I have to workout at 4 a.m. in the morning so I wake up around 2:45 a.m. and drink a scoop of protein, half cup of powdered oatmeal (that I made in the blender) and I take 2 tablespoons of lecithin with this meal. I wait around 30-40 minutes while I pack my bag for work and then I down my pre-workout and head to the gym.

I have a scoop of protein and creatine post workout and then around 30 minutes later I eat my post workout meal and eat 2 more tablespoons of lecithin with it and then I'm done taking it for the day. I do that everyday. I had a SICK pump in my arm workout today

I do 1.5 tbsp/day and am seeing good results. 1 tbsp on off days. I would run a higher dose but can't afford the extra calories since I am dieting.

Just started X Gels + SL a few weeks ago. Forgot how good SL was, fullness is great, especially when dieting!

That's where I am lucky. I just got off of a great cut and the SL is really able to shine at a higher dosage. Loving the vascularity/muscle fullness that I have right now. Constant pump ( which is due to reverse dieting and slightly higher carb intake as well). But I can definitely feel a huge difference, especially with glycogen retention.
