Comments: 4 hours of sleep last night, but that was my fault. I went to a club to see some old friends DJ. I was a DJ for years, but man, I don't miss going out. Super tired today, but I feel good about the short workout. I switched to the low handles on my trap bar and added 30 pounds to the second and third sets.
