Questions about Applying TTA via transdermal delivery

What is possibility of adding TTA to a transdermal product such as Eviscerate or Abliderate Advanced?

If so, how much would you add?

I ask this because there have been a number of health concerns surrounding oral TTA ingestion since it is a synthetic fatty acid and can stay within organ tissues. Some people have reported impaired cardiac output.

If it were applied transdermally then such concerns may be alleviated. What are your thoughts on this?

What is it's Molecular Weight? If it's too high, no need to go any further.

Edit: Well, it'll make it through: "Molecular Weight 288.49 "

No idea on the rest.

Never heard of transdermal TTA. In for feedback.

I don't think this is a great idea. First, I believe TTA is well absorbed orally, which is a death nell for transdermal delivery. Transdermally, you'll be lucky to get 15% absorption I'd bet. So if you wanted to take a gram orally and you had 75% absorption, you'd need to take 5 grams transdermally to get the same amount in your system.

Second, transdermal absorption bypasses the liver, but it will still reach the other organs you are thinking of through the blood stream. I'm not sure it would alleviate any of the issues you are trying to alleviate.

Thirdly, I believe that part of TTA's effect takes place within the liver, which means it will be less effective transdermally, as it will never reach the liver.

All of what I just said may be wrong, but those are my thoughts without being a chemist or researching further...maybe someone with more knowledge will shed more light on it.

Those particular transdermal are site specific and not systemic. It's not so much about absorption, but getting the product/drug to a specific area (e.g. adding clen).
