EGCG decrease aromatase or estrogen, Saw Palmetto decrease DHT in the prostate. Zinc has an effect on aromatase. Some research on DHT (or most) is on DHT in the prostate only. High DHT makes ur hair fall out. I have low DHT but never had a problem with libido....unless I was on ephedrine.
