The epic food porn thread

Those maple gingerbread look amazing! I crushed a 45 minute Metcon this morning and I'm spinning (never spun before, should be interesting) for 2 hours this afternoon for a cancer fundraiser. Tonight the wife and I are going to a sushi buffet. It's gonna be epic!

Handels Tin Lizzy Cheesecake:

Overall this is a good flavor. After sampling it I knew I had to pick up a pint. Tin Lizzy has Outstanding cheesecake base that is loaded with flavor. The butterscotch ripple is dense in flavor, thick in size, and goes hand in hand with the base. The Butter Pecan Toffee Pieces offer a thick crunchy compliment. The small aftertaste of caramel that corresponds with the butterscotch ripple makes this a killer combination. Cheesecake, Caramel, and Butterscotch if you love these 3 things you need this right away.

Score: B

I'm a Mrs. fields cookie fan, soft and solid taste always.

But nothing beats fresh baked and gooey.

We used to have a small Mrs. Field's shop in my local mall. Simply amazing to go and get a fresh, hot cookie. I find that most do not bake, in general the right way or at least what I consider the right way. Most things, I like a little more moist/gooey, need to take the product out a few miutes before it is normally done and let it sit.

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Actually, these don't excite me too much. Although I love mint chocolate, I don't have high hopes for the cupcakes. However, this means we are getting closer to the release of white fudge covered oreos

found them today at Walmart.

Peppermint Oreo's are now in Stock
BLEH

Where are the Cinnamon Roll Oreo's at?

My gf loves the peppermint... Not for me.

Dying to find the Cinn roll tho.

Picked up the hot choc mnms today too (to add to the 6 other bags of them I have stocked ha)

Dang bro. Are they still gonna be good. Or you could just chow down on what you have now. And then stock up again. Lol

Would totally try the white chocolate...

Low Carb football food. Beef short ribs/buffalo wings/cedar plank salmon. Not missing the carbs at the moment.

Chips Ahoy Hot Cocoa Cookies:
Chips Ahoy is known for tons of limited edition cookies. Hot Cocoa is no exception. it is the winter season and the cold weather is among us. What perfect timing to give these bad boys a crack. Luckily in PA I get some seasonal items right away, sometimes I wait a very long time. I have not had a Chips Ahoy in quite some years, but I have heard of these as great high quality cookies. I have read countless reviews and a few YT videos explaining how these rank to the top. Lets see what they have to offer.

Pro's: Very soft, chewy, moist. The chocolate is a great milk chocolate cookie, and the mix-ins are super soft. The small chunks are not rock hard like previous chips ahoy cookies. The marshmallows melt in your mouth.
Around 150 calories for 2 cookies.

Price: 3$ for an entire pack.

Cons: If you microwave too long, they melt. Very small, gone literally in a blink of an eye. If you have no portion control keep away or freeze what you do not eat! May make you want to go out and buy a pint of milk to wash them down with.

I haven't been keeping up. Has anyone mentioned the 3 new peanut M&M flavors coming out?

It will be a vote to see which one wins.

CoffeeNut
HoneyNut
ChiliNut

This year, Dunkin's holiday lineup features two new doughnut treats — the Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut and the Caramel Cheesecake Square, which are both never-before-seen creations on the Dunkin' menu.

The Caramel Cheesecake Square features a cheesecake filling, caramel icing, and is topped with chocolate-covered caramel candies.

The Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut is a glazed croissant doughnut filled with cookie dough-flavored buttercreme, and topped with an icing drizzle and a sprinkling of cinnamon streusel topping

You going to try?

yeah
but they prob will be mediocre like always.
few reviews already out are similar to the usual thoughts on DD. Mediocre donut and airy filling
Its no mom and pop shop, but i always try seasonal things for the most part.
I will stop by a dunkin on my free day and give them a whirl.

Das it.... I am 100% jealous of you and GNO who have some legit donut places.. F'in Erie!

I have one but not as good as the ones in Buffalo and I'm sure the one in NJ beats it too. Decent though so can't complain.

Yeah that's true, just to impatient to pay and wait would rather pick it up

I hear ya. I've been known to drive 40 minutes to the nearest Vitamin Shoppe to pick up PES Select instead of ordering online, even though many times it's cheaper to order online, even with shipping included!

Totally the opposite...that feeling when the package arrives like a kid on Christmas ha

Hahaha I know THAT feeling too! Some things I just get impulsive about. I'm pretty type A. But nothing is worse than the dreaded "Shipment Delayed" tracking update from USPS that pops up on the day your package was supposed to arrive!

Jealous you can get all those legit ice cream flavors

I do drive to Columbus or other places to get them sometimes
Handels in pittsburgh/columubs

but again i do order online sometimes. like below.

I think a lot of the companies let you order online. You just have to deal with paying for shipping. Potential small price for delicious ganiz!

Impatient? it comes to your door step.

You can get 6 pints of ample hills for almost 70$. that is cheaper than sometimes shopping at whole foods
same with Graeters (10$ Shipping) almost 70$ for 6 pints.

Plus you are paying for a good product so you know it will be worth it

Thisssss. I love coming home every week to boxes blocking my entire front door ha. Every weekend is xmas
