I think a large H&L is around 1700 calories if I remember correctly. Worth every PR.
Nice... thanks man.

Get the medium with double meat. Cuts down on all the bread. Drop the mayo and a medium with double meat is around 880 cals I think. If you want to splurge get the Hawaiian with double meat! Pork bbq with Cole slaw
That sounds good. I did the double meat
?
?I bet you did...
^that Hawaiian sounds too good. I wonder if they have firehouse my me, they did in my hometown in IN but i dont know about here in IL.
Just saw online that there is one 10 mins from my apt. Nice.
Thomas, I can't ever keep up with your log but you're always killing it!?
?
Eat pizza
Eat lots of pizza lol. I'm in the same boat with Puccah. Every time I come back here it's like 105 new posts. I won't lie I skip to the end. I do however always watch your video on YouTube. New goal. Keep up with Thomas's log!
It is hard to keep up with him.
You're telling me. 90% of my notifications are this thread.
Wut? I've been slim posting for a few weeks.
You're getting on that strength train now. You've changed your routine over, and you're going to hit a moment in each lift where you're like, "yeah, this is what I was missing", or "this feels so much better and things are getting easier".
As a matter of fact, you've been saying that since you went to your new gym.
I'm hitting those moments now on squats and bench, and fortunately when those two were stalling my DL was fueling my drive.
It's the journey, like Ian says, that's what matters. It's easy to vocalize the little PRs here and there, but the unspoken victories come with painless lifting and volume. IMO.
You're so right. Half way through our session today I made the comment to my partner this must be getting easier I'm giggle during sets that I used to need slap city for. Should be pushing an easy 315 bench soon. I'm beyond ready to break my life goal of 1000 pounds and start another one.
315 on bench is close for you. I have a feeling that your DL is going to explode when you get the leverage down.

Good luck tomorrow!
You can dream for whatever you like, but I encourage you to think beyond 1,000lb total. That's just the beginning!

How many times do you try for a new 1RM or near-max singles, Reg? Good work nonetheless. 495 looked good.
a large New York Steamer is guaranteed gainz. Gettin' that red meat in your diet!
Good work, man. Your ******* isn't the problem though
Well?
You're sacrificing positioning to break the weight off the ground. That's why you're able to get it to mid-shin/knees and boom done.
Bat hangs for the win. I'm thinking you can clean up a few things to make another big jump in progress on your deadlift.
You shouldn't have to hang more than once a day. If you look at your vids, you start with a round lower back. I figured it was just your thing, but now that you're rehabbing your back So much, It's time to remedy it. Make sure you're braced properly and that you're tilting at the pelvis rather than leaving it pointed straight at the floor. Think of Ian's squat. That's kind of what you're after.
Also, you look kind of crammed into yourself during your pulls. You sometimes don't get your hips through and sometimes don't lock your knees. I'd try widening up just a smidge and opening your toes, see how that does for you.
Yes. It just isn't as pronounced. This goes to back to that post herder made about your pelvis being tucked under you.
I'd agree with positioning being your issue. At 515 at the knee you're in a tough position to get through *******.
Yeah, think about sitting back through your hamstrings instead of your ass.
Don't feel bad, Reg - I'm in the exact same boat. It can be fixed with a bit of conscious effort and practice.

Who is the cross fitter in the video?
