Just 10mg for now and for a while. This is my timeline for the MK:

50 days at 10mg (laeving 22 caps in this bottle)
Start MASS GH at 1 cap per day which has 10mg in it for 30 more days (with LGD and RAD)
Bump MASS GH to 2 caps per day for 1 month (20mg MK, 8mg LGD)
Continue at 20mg MK for 8 weeks after cycle.

That's how much Ghar1ne I have on hand and on the way. Totaling 23 weeks. We'll see what it's availability is at that point.

I've read trest is stronger then test, is it possible that RAD would held better gains because of trest(Im saying this because I'm guessing trest converts to test prop) or no?

Tr3st doesn't convert to Test. They work by different means. Test converts to DHT, Trest does not. Both will be low dose.
Tr3st 50mg per day
Prop 50mg EOD (175/week)
 
I do that everyday. I find hunger doesn't strike until about 2 pm, i save up my cals as best i can so i can go to bed feeling full

Precisely!! My pattern is about the same. Pack just enough food for work to sustain, come home and destroy.

Hahaha no, but that sounds amazing even though I'm full now. Just some good old sloppy joe's. Do they have sloppy joes in Australia? Something tells me it's an American invention.

Kids had tater tots with them, I needed more gains than that.
 
Oh, I've heard of sloppy joes but no, not really something we "have" here in Australia. Definitely an American invention according to Wikipedia. Lol tater tots, I haven't had those in years and years - tasty little f*ckers. I'm sure if you ate enough of them you'd make gains!!!

I'll probably be having a pretty Aussie invention for dinner tonight - meat pies!! 30P/60C/25F

It looks like a pot pie with straight meat inside. Pot pies are a "fend-for-yourself-night" staple around here!!

Would definitely eat a meat pie. That sounds fuuking gay, but yeah I'd eat it.

It's a bit sketchy, what qualifies as "meat" to go into a meat pie is pretty wide ranging. Unless you buy the good ones, you can pretty much rest assured you're eating tongues and arseholes lol.

Well, all the sides from the Ghar1ne are showing up. That's a good thing I guess. Awesome sleep, woke in middle of the night with numb tingly arms and hands, a bit of lethargy out of the bed this morning, and hunger. Actually ate a small bowl of cereal before my morning coffee.

Had a good leg session.

Front Squats:

265 x 2 PR (had to really focus on the second rep as the bar was sliding off my shoulders)

Upped Ghar1ne to 20 mg this week. Hadn't noticed any numbing but definitely sleeping good at night. Only getting 6hrs but damn I sleep hard for those 6.

It is definitely a hard restful sleep. Got 7.5 hours last night and could have gone for hours more if not for the 3:30 alarm.

That's a good question. While the sleep on RAD was good, it was different. Just kind of knocked out and wake up. With the Ghar1ne I feel like I'm asleep for hours because I'm dreaming the whole time. Last night seemed like a movie played out over the course of the day in my mind. This is very different from what I'm used to. I don't hear my wife come home from work the past few nights. Just gone!!

This is a good question that I could elaborate on the comparison between it and the RAD. I do wake up groggy with the Ghar1ne. But it shakes off in a matter of minutes and turns into a refreshed, rested feeling.

With the RAD I could not shake the grogginess. Not with caffeine or PWO stims. Just enough to workout, but it was an all day cloudy lethargy.

Right now I feel better throughout the day from the killer sleep I'm experiencing.

So yes, I wake up groggy from the deep sleep, but it shakes off quickly.
 
I love this stuff!! My body is responding to it wonderfully. The Ghar1ne that is. I don't know if it's having any effect on my performance yet, or body comp, but the rest is such a positive change from the norm that it's affecting my whole day in a good way. Oh the power of good sleep!!!!

But yes, second-handedly I suppose it's aiding my performance because of the sleep. Had an outstanding session this morning. Dosing all my PWO caps earlier is the way to go. They are in full effect on first set now, and that sets the tone for the whole session.

Can't wait to jump on Ghar1ne during my next PCT.
You shouldn't wait... You should run it during your cycle one of the huge benefits of MK is increased IGF-1, IGF-1 activates satellite cells and turns them into new muscle fibers. When on your cycle these new muscle fibers will grow very quickly, this is the most beneficial time to run the MK. On cycle you are pushing harder than normal which will cause the signals to create new cells, the heightened IGF will increase the amount of activation. So you get more new muscle cells on that cycle and the new muscle cells grow at a rapid rate due to the cycle. Then just keep dosing during pct.

Remember this, it is far more beneficial to increase the amount of muscle fibers on cycle than to try to maintain size after. No matter what size you lose during PCT you have new cells that can grow still. Those cells are not going anywhere and will make regaining whatever you do lose from lower test during pct 3 times easier to regain. If you have to choose when to run it start it with or just before your cycle.

...and now the recovery!! Went to bed with killer DOMS from the morning session in chest, traps, and tris. Woke up and gone. Weight is back up to 205 and definitely feeling a little bloated. But this also has to be due to killing the hunger with whatever the fuuk is in the cabinet. 2 monster bowls of cereal after dinner. I'm hungry with food still in my stomach. Need to shop accordingly this weekend and make sure I get enough smart munchies, because this has the potential to get dangerous!! All this at 10mg.

My back workouts I've been starting with a strength move or two, and then everything after that is mind / muscle connection focused. Slow and focused contractions.
 
The evening is when it's worse for me with hunger too. I get the munchies really bad.

I may start upping my calories earlier in the day so my body isn't trying to compensate so much in the evenings. But man, good cereal with whole milk is my jam!!
 
Same here with the munchies, been holding back but yesterday I caved in a little and got some extra carbs in but felt great last night and this morning after doing so.
 
Yeah some milk and cereal will do it for you. I wake up big the next day every time!
 
That's what it was!! Well the generic ones in the big bag, same thing.

It all tastes the same! My friends mom used to make these amazing captain crunch shakes, I need to get the recipe from her. It was one of the best tasting things I've ever had.

So a friend of mine is a broker for ONNIT and helps getting them into stores. Anyone else ever heard of this stuff? Gave me a bunch of full size samples. I knew it was coming so I checked out their website a bit. Interesting products.
