My apologies for the lack of posts everyone. Tuesday ended up being just a cardio day as I started obedience training with my German Shepherd puppy. Wed was an off day. I got hit with a migraine and also spent the whole day in Miami doing retirement physical and dental appts. Today is another off day as the migraine carried over. I'm feeling better, will be sticking to my off/cardio day diet and back in the gym tomorrow hopefully. I also think I have horrible form on my deadlifts as my lower back still hurts after Monday's lift. I watched some videos, read some articles, know what I was doing wrong and next Monday I will be using lighter weights modified for my height and will work on perfect form. Same thing happened with my free squats when I started and was able to fix those rather quickly.
Oxymax and Shift have been awesome! also, just an FYI, I can still take 3 Stimul8 after taking 1 oxymax and 1 shift in the morning....simply because I'm just that badass (j/k lol). Stimul8 has been so awesome I let my husband bring a few samples to work so a few coworkers can try it. I also bought the new Dana Linn Bailey fat burner and will try that after oxymax to compare. I'm a big fan of them and what they stand for so even if it doesn't quite compare, its another tool in the bag.
my weight has gone down to 124 since starting oxymax a week ago which is awesome. I finally broke that 126 plateau which was making me upset. I ate two Cadbury eggs yesterday so I couldn't break the 124 this morning but I should be able to do that tomorrow lol. **** is about to get real with work starting in a month or so. I haven't worked in two years and have enjoyed being home every day lol. It's time to be a grown up again!
