My bad I didn't see your post, even though i told you; for everyone else I am dropping Tr3st due to the strong DHT effect and my hair is sensitive to creatine so I didn't want to see what Tr3st would do to my hair line lol.
 
Hit 2375 calories and had some food that I didn't count so I'm probably about 100 calories over 2800 I assume.

Trest cannot convert to DHT but it can have strong androgenic-type effects for some people. Is this what you are referring to? It's actually my only concern with my upcoming Trest run. I am prone to MPB and have been fighting the battle for many years now. I wonder how Trest has affected others in this regard?

Creatine!?!

Creatine has been shown to raise DHT in some clinical studies.

Yea, its really sucks since I would love to supplement creatine. I felt like a dog on the shower, hair just came off and kept going. Too bad though, I loved green mag and creative nitrate.
 
•Side effects: BP I'm assuming is higher, I'm noticing that I'm hotter through the day. Sweating a lot at night time.

Little to no fat gain from what i see and this morning I was really heavy(166) I assume due to Chinese food but for 2 mornings in a row I was 159 so +8lb since I started. Will weight in tomorrow morning.
 
I actually just finished cutting so at least 6lbs or more is glycogen retention, whats your cycle layout going to look like?
 
Gonna run it for 8 weeks at 4/4/4/8/8/8/8/8. About 300-500 above maintenance. Simply looking for lean muscle mass. Currently cutting and want to get down to about 9 percent or so before starting the run.

I was so shocked I though the scale was broken lol at least now I know. Hopefully my body weight is normal tomorrow, I've been drinking water and pissing all day lol.

It's a guarantee for me. I can have a massive cheat day that only bumps me up like 1lb and goes away in 24 hrs or so but a totlwlt bormal sizes single Chinese meal of like general tso's will have me up like 5lb for at least two days ha.

So last night my neck got all stiff for some reason, can't lean it to the left. I see how I feel later if I go to the gym.

That happened to me once after a leg press when I was young and dumb. Watch that man you don't want to mess up nerves
 
I had to do stretches, just lightly pulling my head down with my hands behind my head for like 7 seconds. Then rest and do it again. Do that twice a day. Then you can stretch and hold side to side. Man when it was stuck to my right and I couldn't turn my head for almost two days. Then it was jacked up after that for awhile until I went to the chiropractor

I think I am still able to lift but not heavy. Its a inch bellow my left ear to the right where the tight place is. I'll stretch it out till tonight.
 
Quick update: Neck feeling more mobile then this morning. Might just do a late night workout if this keeps up at this pace.

•Neck is better today but I'm getting some not normal cracking in my neck region. I'll be doing 2 rest days and if it isn't better by my power lower day I will be setting up a chiropractor appointment and stopping the program due to the heavy lifting. I'll be going back to my normal bro spit but I'll be changing it up since I liked some thinking from the program.

•I'll up my calories next week by 300 and increase volume but decrease load.
 
Haha going back to my "bro split" as well in a couple days. Need a change from the push, pull, legs.

How long did you that split for? I might go back to it later in my bulk but more on my terms rather then following a plan.
 
• I will be doing legs later today and I weighted in at 161lbs, up 10 lbs since I started(6-8 probably glycogen retention), still decently lean and I've only upped my calories by 600 since I started.

Volume is higher then usual and weight gain is going good so far even though I'm at 3000 calories a day so I'd like to say yea. I feel now that I will be doing my regular spit I will be able to test it out since volume will be way higher.
 
Also I realized I measured my shoulders really really wrong lol not sure what I was thinking. I'll measure them right the 2nd time.
 
Dma378 what is your opinion, I have read that 1 month is best and I remember you stated that too. Would it matter when I started it or do you think the last month is the best?
