Update: Not much to update.. Killed my self in the Gym these last couple of weeks and it caught up with me last night. Just wasn't feeling it. So I'm deloading for a week. Then right back at it.
 
Update: 6 weeks and 1 Day now..

Weight was 185lb Saturday. So up around 5lbs now. Choose to keep going to 8 weeks now.
Can still see my Abs. So thats good.

One day left of Deload and I'm back to heavy weights again.
 
Todays update: Still weighing 185lbs... Did Heavy Bench today and felt great and look bigger too...
 
Very nice job. +5 lbs is great IMO. (I lost about 5-6 pounds the last time I did Osta not what I wanted, but I looked great )
I'm really glad that your going to extend the cycle. Still doing 25mg ed?
Hugo's been running 50mg for 2 weeks now..... Says he feels great!
 
Still at 25mg...

This is my first time running it. So liked to stay at 25mg.. Then on my next cycle try 40mg or so for the last 2-3 weeks.??? I have some Osta thats 15mg sitting on the shelf.

I have an Epi-Andro cycle to run after this Osta-Elite cycle and PCT.
 
Only had 45min to get to lift today.. Sending our oldest to France for Schooling in the morning. He is going to be gone for 6 months.

Weight yesterday day was 188lbs... Up about 8-9lbs now. No bad at all. Ab's still look about the same too. So BF hasn't changed much at all.

Seems it took about the 5th to 6th week to start showing gains. Osta-Elite is legit in my book.

Been using the AgeForce Testo patch since week 4 thou. 6 on 4 off. Seems to be working pretty good.

Worked on my Arch again tonight of course. Got my new Yoga Wheel in finally. Used it at home a bit right when I got it. Wasn't for sure if it was going to work how I wanted it too.. Was wrong.. Used it during my warm ups and WOW.. Really opened my chest and upper back up quick. Didn't have any pain during my benching tonight. Normally my back will tighten up some and cause some pain. Wasn't an issue at all.

Strength has been great and steadily increasing as well.

I have noticed my Tendinitis has reduced a ton. It's still there, but much easier to deal with.

Nothing to report on for Sides, Haven't had one side effect.

My workout had me doing 295x1, but My plan today was going to just shoot for the 300x2 for a new PR.. But said the hell with it and went for 320x1. 320 is a Lifetime PR for me. This 320 is getting me closer to my 1300 total.

Got straight to it tonight. I ditched the circuit after Deads that Ed has laid out. The GM's and Stifflegs was a no go this week. My back has been angry at me all week and It just started to feel better. So I ditched those and did Kirk Shrugs and Leg Curls instead. Not has much work, but back is good and I'll hit those next week.

Did it again this week. Took my heavy single, turned it into a Double for another PR. Went up smoother then last week too. Had 302lbs for x1...Rounded up to 305 and banged out 2. So that's 5lbs more then last week. Hopefully by the end of this program. I'll bang out a double with 315.

Not really at all. I did add at 4-7 weeks. I started 'Androst-3,5-diene-7, 17-dione' which came from ageforce,com
 
OK 7 Weeks out from finishing up Osta-Elite and Still see improvements and haven't lost a beat...
When I finished Osta and before the LG Stack. I was 190... Weight today was 189. Morning weight,

In these last 2 Weeks. I have Nailed a 30lbs Squat PR, 10lb Bench PR and a 5lb Deadlift PR... All were easy and not grinders.

SQ-455, B-325, DL-505 = 1285... I think by meet time. These will be my Openers.
