Took my first Dose yesterday.
What I'm looking to get out of Osta-Elite?
I want to drop 1-2 % of BF and Get Stronger... That's it.
I compete in the 181wt class and that where I'm at now 181.... Last year I always had to drop water weigh and eat light the day before. To make weight. Right now I'm just as strong as I was last year, but 8-9lbs lighter. I want to cont. this and be even stronger and lighter. I have Bench, Deadlift and Total State Record here.. I had squat, but some guy bet it by 50lbs. So I'm on a mission to get it back and then some. I want to make sure it holds up longer this time.
I'm going to run 6 weeks cycle with OTC PCT and Test Boosters...Then start the Osta-Elite again for another 6 weeks. Same PCT and Test booster, Turn this log from a 12 week deal to 18 counting PCT.
First workout while on Osta
GREAT DAY TODAY... Did 2 workouts today.. A Mini Arm workout and then a Nice Brutal Deadlift session. Nailed a Nasty PR.. Today is my Long day (Monday for Work) So I'm up an extra 8hrs. Thats why there is an extra dose of THRUST in there..

A few Pull ups and played around with the Tendo Barbell Destabilizer a little.. Wow.. pretty cool..Going to use it in my workout tomorrow.
