What is the best dosing for EP1C unleashed?

Okay, Danes look at the Y-axis of the graph. Nobody is saying the graph is showing anything to do with follistatin, the link between -epi and follistatin is shown else where, not here. The Y-axis is showing the total plasma -epi metabolites not -epi in isolation.

The graph is showing Epicatechin metabolites in plasma which means How much of the compound makes into the system. The graph is telling us pretty much if you translate it correctly.
Based on just a single dose, higher is better in terms of how much of the compound makes it into the system (and you can measure this by looking at the amount of the metabolite in the system). The actual follistatin data however is for the 5 day study using 50 once a day and 50 twice a day.(Which you mentioned).
But the whole point here is:
-higher dose works better (according to a russian scientist )
-more Epi in the system, higher chance for more follistatin (I really doubt 50mg is the max dose).
-The graph do indicate the half life of Epi which can be used to hold the concentration highest .
-This graph shows That Epicatechin has not so bad bioavailability at all . But I do agree flavanols/catechins works even better with absorption/bioavailability enhancers such as Ascorbic acid, green tea Extract such as EGCG,grape seed extract, sugar alcohols such as xylitol. (Studies are proving it).
-the graph is showing higher dose of Epi gives more Epi in the system which means it can give even higher N.O effect which could potencialy lead to even better musclefullness,pumps, endurance ++ and not to mention even more health benefits. (My own experience is, more epicatecin works better and some of my friends here where I live felt the same)
But I do agree on one thing:
The 5 day experiment is very impressive and was using 50mg once a day and 50mg twice a day
 
I've been running a log epic unleashed. For the oral I have been dosing 1pill in the AM then 1pill pre (typically 3-4hours in between) or the reverse if AM training. 1pill on the off days. My endurance and recovery (energy after set, not soreness recovery) has been off the charts in this 4th week (Start of). I have another 4 weeks left of the TD and I am excited

Week 4 was the start of my HAM balls to the walls training when logging EP1C, everyday you just feel drive to KO yourself in the gym!

The one thing which is SICK with Ep1c is, no matter how hard I train, how intensive my workouts are, i am breathing so easier.like quad of stee mentioned, the energy and breath after set is wicked.

With EP1C I've noticed significant improvements in my cardio-respiratory performance and endurance, both when lifting weights and during treadmill and kickboxing sessions.

Has also lowered my BP a bit which is nice.

I mean, it is REALLY worth it. I remember when I took the break of Epi, it was really huge difference between sets. I needed longer breaks for sure and the work capacity was far from the same

Have you tried 2 PWO to compare this too?

Dosing 2 PWO will result in more acute benefits for that specific workout, whilst still getting the same general endurance + health benefits as when splitting the doses 2x per day.

The only arguable difference would be the possibility of reducing myostatin for an extended period of time with splitting the doses up 2x per day.
 
What are you guys cycling EU at in weeks time?

Honestly (-)epi can be ran indefinitely with no breaks and has a PLETHORA of general health benefits ranging from increased insulin sensitivity, to lower BP, to improved lipid profile.

But, if you can't afford it as a staple, I like 8-12 weeks on, then a break of a month or two if you like.

It depends on personal preference as far as I'm concerned.
The oral provides an acute effect pre-workout.
The TD provides a sustained release with a little bit better absorption imo.
You can definitely use a combination, many have and enjoyed that protocol.

You can start with 1 cap pre-workout and 1 pump TD post shower and see how it treats you.
However, many have gone straight to 2 caps pre and 1 pump post shower or pre-bed.
Obviously the latter will be more expensive so you should assess the cost/benefit for yourself.
 
Grrr, I been sick lately and keep forgetting to take 1 x Epi Unleash on days when I don't make it to the gym! So when I do take it I imagine its back to square 1 again. fml..

On another note I did a city to bay charity run a few weeks back and I will give credit to my epic Unleash for incredible endurance haha! Normally on the last hill I really struggle. This time besides the sweat party that was happening down my back I had barely any fatigue or out of breathness.. yay this is my new secret weapon lol.

The only negative thing I have to admit is that I won't buy the transdermal again. The pump thing squirts everywhere and I'm trying to catch it with my hands but it just drips all over the place. So its waay too messy for my liking.
 
I'm late to this....but I've been running it for almost 6 weeks now per label recommendations. 2 caps 30 mins pwo & 1 cap on off days. I've seen great results at this dosing. Endurance, stamina, & strength are up drastically & I'm cutting. So, with my calories being in a decent deficit that's impressive. My hubby runs this same protocol during PCT, with great results as well. I do not feel that there is a need to jump to dosing 2 caps multiple times a day out the gate. I think dosing at 2 caps per day on workout days & 1 a day on off days is most cost effective...unless you are not responding or seeing results....then you can reevaluate.
