why not take it pre-workout? The benefits of LCLT/SynerGlut/Betaine/HICA for your workout would be great for recovery, endurance and performance.

I live literally right behind the gym. I walk to the gym and it takes me about 5-7 minutes. I figured that right after working out would be best to take it since Im drinking only water during my session.

Try Ergonine pre-workout for a week and see if you notice a difference in your workouts. Giving your body what it can use to help with recovery prior to a workout may provide "Optimal" performance and a better workout. Worth a shot.
 
Nanaberry is my favorite, but I got some of the unflavored as well which is great for mixing with other products.

Nanaberry is so amazing. Unflavored would be great for sure but man do I enjoy some of the flavor combos I've come up with mixing E9 and alphamine.

Definitely. There are great combos to be made with Alphamine, especially with the brand new ones. I've used the unflavored in protein shakes where Nanaberry added might not work.

I am using a product called REIGN as pre-workout

However, I was thinking of using ON AMINO ACIDS with Caffeine as my pre-workout...

I am actually inclined to use E9 as pre-workout now and a protein shake immediately after working out
 
Taking E9 pre is a solid option here, add caffeine if you want

I would opt for a far better amino product (if you are training fasted) if you are not training fasted you can drop the Amino product.
Amino IV, Xtend, Juiced Amino's, Aminolast, mTOR pro are all far superior over ON. Save aminos for between meals spaced 4-6 hours apart or for fasted training.

Just take E9 + Reign together and rock out a workout.

no need for an immediate protein shake post-workout. most people are fed when they train and food will overlap into the post-workout period

When are Carbs and Protein VERY Important Post-workout?

Carbs:
- During leg Training + HIIT Cardio or doing a 2-3 hour intense workout session
Protein:
-Resistance Training in a fasted state (no meal consumed at least 3-4 hours prior)

When are Carbs and Protein of lesser importance Post-workout?

Carbs:
- 1-2 hour training session after a pre-workout meal (Small or mixed 2-3 hours prior to session)
Protein:
- Training after a meal composed of 20-40g Protein at least 1-2 hours prior to a workout in a fed state.

Overall Cliffs:

- Nutrient Timing can be beneficial but window of opportunity is not as big as believed
- Provided protein rich meal 3-4 hours prior to training, there is no stress about immediate post-workout protein supplement or meal

- Consume .4-.5g/kg of LBM in a pre/post workout exercise window spaced 4-6 hours depending on meal size.
- Post workout carb intake does not meaningful increase aabolicsm unless doing a 2 a day workout session involving same muscle groups. Glycogen is not a limting factor if you can consume enough Carbohydrates daily in the 24 hour period.

I'd already gone through a couple tubs before that listing popped up. I like Nanaberry the best by itself, but Blue Ice goes with most of the pre-workouts I have. One of these days, when I'm not in a rush to get to work after my morning workout, I'll have to try blending it with some ice... Make a real smoothie out of it, maybe even add an actual banana and some strawberries.

so.... c&c with nanaberry is...... well, nanaberry is a stronger taste so you will feel it rather than c&c but c&c is creamy so if you just add a bit of water instead of 6oz you will have a creamy nanaberry with a "far away" taste of c&c lol hope this is clear ahahahaha after all it is good :)

I have 3 bottles I am sure I will need more, I am still not using them (I have just tested nanberry+c&c yesterday just for curiosity) because I am having a break from supplements for at least 2 months but I am sure once I will start using it I will love it :) so I will need to stock up :)
 
Countries with their own import laws are something we can't bypass, we have done a lot to keep the shipping cost of the customer in mind and for up here in Canada I have even been a relay point myself to save people on shipping.


If you have friends in neighbouring countries to Italy you could probably just order there and try mailing it in or deliver to the closest PO box to his location in Italy.

Otherwise be patient and we are always working on making our customers happy

I have researched for plenty amount of advice on how to "feed" my body upon waking up and after workout. Due to my tight schedule, the only way for me to go to the gym is in the morning, and I cannot afford to wake up at 4am just to eat, wait an hour and then workout.

I will now take e9 by itself, at first, and later maybe incorporate a pre-workout. After my workout, I tend to eat 2-3 whole eggs, 2 big slices of this sprouts dark brown bread covered in oatmeal with cottage cheese, with a small glass of OJ, and when I get to work, I eat my oatmeal with strawberries.
