What's a good intra-workout drink?

My workouts take about 1.5-2 hours in total, and I have found that an intra + beta alanine really makes for a nice sustained workout. Previously, I was using CremTor by VPX, but the price has gone up and supplies seem to be drying out. Now I'm using Modern BCAA by USP, and have found the added glutamine to be very helpful.

I got a really good deal on the CremTor ($14/jar) and now I can't find it cheaper than $25. The Modern BCAA, if I'm patient, can be had for roughly $20 a 30serv jar. I like that it has no artificial colors as well, so I don't have to worry about staining anything if I take a swing a little too enthusiastically.

So, there are about twenty billion BCAA and intra-workout powders out there - what's your suggestion? Keep in mind that I have Beta Alanine, Alcar, Citrulline Malate 1:1, TMG / betaine, and Agmatine Sulfate in bulk form and can add that to any formula that happens to be underdosed.

Scivation xtend is a top notch product!!! They have all different types of flavors and a raw unflavored

If you have all those bulks just add them to a cheap bcaa like isoamino with some fun flavors but I'm a fan of aminoIV, purple wrath, and cor bcaa

Scivation + Beta Alanine is looking pretty good on a cost/serving ratio, but I don't see that it has anything over Modern BCAA.

I might pick up something super cheap and just toss T.A.G. into it...

all good products here...

Juiced Aminos (Universal)
Xtend (Scivation)
ABC (Core Nutritionals)
AminoFast (Blue Star)
mTOR Pro (Myokem)

BCAA/EAA:
Amino IV
Intra-MD (added carbs)

EAA:
Purple Wraath

Amino IV is worth looking into. 15g amino blend, which already includes Betaine and comes with HICA as well. The flavoring system was just revamped - cherry limeade is my preferred choice. :)

Can always add gatorade powder to this if you're looking for intra-workout carbs.

I also have modern bcaa i like it and i use also Helix bcaa, it has HICA, very strong as intra-wo

Helix is some good stuff, but I've started to dislike the dyed BCAAs. I'm working out and not a two-year-old; my drink doesn't need to be fun colors.

Also, the juicy pineapple is delicious but looks like piss. I used to drink BCAAs throughout the day until I started taking HMB, and Helix tasted like straight up candy. Not a complaint.

Anyway, back on point, the cabinets next to my kitchen sink in my apartment are stained green from a time I spilled some Watermelon Lemonade flavor Helix BCAA. That was the day I switched to dye-free.

Purple wrath and amino iv get my vote:)

LOL Props for that. I completely agree. This dye obsession needs to die.

I'd just stick to Modern BCAA or switch to Purple wraath.

Amino IV has you covered with proper doses and amazing flavors!

Iskiate Endurance is a great organic intra-workout product. It is made by natural force supplements. science even backs it up as they did a study on the tarahumara tribe from mexico. i can even back it up as well.

I've used in the past Cellucor's BCAA's, then switched to USP Modern BCAA but my current favorite is E9 !
