Ok there's the starting measurements. Here are today's

Right Arm : 17.25"

Left Arm : 17.25"

Chest : 45.75"

Lats : 49.00"

Shoulders : 52.25"

Right Quad : 24.75"

Left Quad : 24.50"

Right Calf : 17.00"

Left Calf : 17.00"

Interesting. Arms measure smaller, Chest identical, Lats identical, Calves smaller, one Quad smaller, Shoulder width bigger.

So, what does this mean at about 3 lbs. heavier? Straight recomp? I am leaner. I do see small improvements in the details. Triceps have better form, rear debts and upper chest.

Dude! I'm blown away by these measurements, I never would have guessed they would have gone down. You look bigger, leaner, and as you said, are even 3lbs heavier. Talk about a recomp, I honestly expected the measurements to be up, to coincide with the increased weight. How do you feel about the results? I think you look better in your post cycle pics than your pre-cycle pics, there are subtle improvements there.

Ooooh, 5000th post above woo-hoo!!

I agree that I look better now than I did 6 weeks ago. I am happy. I think the killer jump rope sessions played into the calves tightening up. I have crazy cuts and veins in them like never before.

I'm putting together a good summary of everything that I'll post up sometime this weekend. Gains, sides, overall experience, etc.

I look forward to your summary, man! Sad to see this log come to an end, it's been a great journey, lots of good discussions with lots of good members. But I am pleased to hear that you are happy with your results, and that's what this has all been about.

That's awesome, especially in the calories surplus you were in! Damn I wish I waited to see what to take for my bulk, I would have jumped on this quick!

Well we will continue the journey in my training log brotha!! I'll throw the link in here for anyone who wants to keep following my madness. I post more detail into the actual workouts themselves.

...Meanwhile most people are like F that!!....

LOL

I love detailed workouts, its help me if I want to tweak up mine and I just like seeing how others workout generally! Will be following!

Here are my thoughts on Radar1ne

If you could manage to stuff down 5000 calories per day, it will do great work. Killer nutrient and especially carb partitioning. For 4 weeks I ate steadily at 4500 cals and 400+ carbs per day. Went from 211 at start, all the way up to 222 at the heaviest point. Cut carbs and cals slightly for 2 weeks and hovered around 216-217. As seen by the measurements, interesting results. As I wish there was big numbers to show for it, I can see detailed growth and a definite change in overall shape. Pretty happy about the shoulder width growth. But even with smaller measurements I look bigger. I look tighter.

Highlights of this compound are:

Seemingly endless nutrient partitioning
Awesome glycogen retention adding to the full look
Hardening effect
Increased vascularity
Slight strength increase
Decent pump in the gym (hard to call this one, I go in on such a cocktail)

Sides:
Had unusual soreness and tightness in arms and back
LETHARGY so unbearable it outweighed any additional gains that might have been made in the last 2 weeks
Possible negative effects on liver????? Urine has since returned to normal. Many factors can be involved in that one.

The gains on this were quick and sweet. I may have continued to recomp in good ways if I continued the cycle. But as far as weight gain goes, it seems to plateau at around the 4th week. This would be a great kickstart to any cycle.

I think the 12-16mg range is the sweet spot for the experienced user.

I will freely admit my results could very well be skewed do to being on cycle for so long. It does appear that mine and other's experiences were pretty similar though. I would really like to see some more logs, or even experiences with this.

I also offer this thread to serve as a place for future information to be posted by the guys in here who are running it and doing labs, etc. Please continue to share.

I hope everybody got something out of this. I know it can be a little chaotic at times. Once I knew I had some fellow metal-heads in here, well you just have to be one to understand!!!!

Also thanks to OlympusLabs and Olympus UK for hooking it up. Top notch company, top notch crew. Can't wait for my next run, MASS GH will be in there somehow.

PCT starts next week. Booooooo

I know some people in here were subbed to it before, but to those who want to follow my PCT and further cycles, training, and general nonsense, come join me in my Training Log:

Been out of action the last few weeks. Just read through your log dude. Very good job! Eating like the hulk towards the end haha i wish i could down 5000 cals a day lol.

Excellent summary, man! My last day of my Rad cycle is Monday, then I start PCT as well. I didn't get to run a log for Rad as I had planned to, got busy with rep duties and real life work. But I have pre-cycle measurements, and plan on taking end of cycle measurements. I also have pre-cycle lifts and end of cycle lifts. I wish I had more progress pictures life yourself, I only have a few during cycle post-workout or peri-workout pictures, nothing that really gives a solid comparison.

How were your results? Im tossing up between rad, super dmz 2 or triump

Yep. Lethargy totally gone. Tight back totally gone. I can pick things up like I don't have to think about it. Like a freaking athlete should be able to in the first place.

Only managed 3000 cals on Saturday and woke up Sunday at 211. Jesus!!! Are 4500 yesterday because that scared the shiit out of me.

Really I have a few mma friends gaining around 6 to 10 lean pounds on it in 30 days sdmz2.0. With before and afters too . Scary to think if there are bunk floating because I recommended it and that would make me feel bad. I myself got ripped on bunk epi10 on ebay right after ban. I've been ordering from UK retailers just to be safe

Agreed. Unless you've had it stashed away for like a year plus, all the bsl stuff has been looking bunk lately.

Labs came back, AST and ALT were elevated in the liver, 45 and 51 points above the upper limit of normal, respectively. Urea nitrogen and creatinine were also high. I can't exactly speak to the accuracy of the labs as I had done quite a hellacious leg day that morning.

About 90 dead-lifts, 10 reps at 235 followed immediately by 10 reps at 185, then another 10 at 135. I did the 3 sets of that then 2x10 power cleans at 135.

We have a 100 meter astroturf surface w/ 5 individual lanes at my gym. I'll do walking lunges w/ the bar in the front squat position @ 95 pounds all the way down, then do it w/ the bar in the back squat position for 100 meters, then drop 20 pounds and do them for 100 meters with the bar overhead. I did that 3 times.

Then I did leg press 3 sets of 15 @ 215 w/ a 5 second down, 1 second up tempo.
Then I did 15 minutes stationary bike and went home and ate.

I'm going to go ahead and say that the AST and ALT were elevated due to that, urea is because of my high protein diet, it's always elevated, although to curb it they want me to eat 30g of protein a DAY. I inadvertently laughed out loud when the doctor told me that...I think he was offended.

Anyway, moving on, my last 3 work-outs have been stupefying. I've began taking Cardar1ne along w/ the Radar1ne. I also take Purple Wraath w/ 300mg caffeine, 25mg higenamine, and 1 serving Alphamax, and 1 Bronkaid preworkout. I'm still sore from chest and shoulder on Sunday and I have not been sore in the chest area for months. I am loving my lifting life right meow. No lethargy or suppression really anymore, I think the Alphamax is helping w/ that.

I sip Scivation Xtend during workouts too w/ resveratrol and ALCAR added to it.

30mg of Protein a day!! Lulz

Where are you at in your cycle, and what is your dose of RAD?

What in the hell would you even be allowed to eat that wouldn't even add up to 30+ in trace proteins ha??? That's insane

Today is day 25 of 45, I'm still at 8mg per day split between two doses and planning to keep it there. I started the cycle at 170 on the nuts, currently sitting around 175-176. Noticeably leaner yea heavier, I've been meaning to take progress pics but my 170 pics are on my old phone which is broken so there isn't really much of a reference point. Strength is up, endurance is up, fun is up.

Reps for "fun is up". I love it!! Awesome work man.

Great review Daniel!

Woke up with ZERO lethargy. Also woke up at a dryer, leaner 214.2 lbs!!! Calories have not changed. Still with same macros. Well since dropping the carbs down that is.

Measurements and some back pics later today.

What app is that?

So this lethargy...I'm not sure if I'm feeling what you were but these last 3-4 days (day 28-32 roughly) I have literally been totally uninterested in going to the gym. Is that what you had going on or different?

Also, did you notice water retention/release when coming on/off?

That is the beginning of the lethargy. He was worse off by the end though not even wanting to get out of bed. Definitely a little more water retention while on this.

It was a drag to do anything. But mostly get out of bed and hit the gym with any intensity. I mean my mind wanted it, but this like brain and body fog made it hard.

I didn't think I was holding any water while on, but when I came off I definitely flushed a couple pounds. Nothing major.

OK. Good, all this makes me feel better. Getting out of bed is just a mfer...I'm up 10 pounds since the start. Noticeably bigger but definitely feeling a little bloated and puffy. Going to try and hang in there.

Thanks y'all.

Sorry for posting this so late. I got reassigned to Fort Drum in upstate NY and had to move my family and all our things. We just got moved in and are settling down.

After coming off the radar1ne ALL labs returned to normal levels except urea nitrogen which is just due to eating high levels of protein. I lost 3.5 pounds as well after cycling off which makes for a net gain of 6.5 pounds. Body fat showed a slight decrease. Visually, I'm leaner and bigger, I just need to bring my sodium intake down a good amount because I've just been grabbing things and it's all over the damn place.

However, good news about this reassignment is access to a much better wellness center which does BodPod measurements and many other assessments free of charge.

Excited to run this stuff again!

Edit: One of those pounds could be my beard...when I go on leave so does my razor...

Hahaha awesome man. I really want to try one of those bod pods to get my stats. I have dropped a significant amount of weight since coming off, but it appears to be all water and glycogen, as I also came off the Test. I think I have held most of my LBM gains from the cycle. Hard to say how much of them are credited to the RAD.

But I am excited to run it again. I just counted how many I had left since I aborted the cycle a bit early, and I have enough to run 8mg for 4 weeks. Perfect to go with my MASS GH (LGD & MK) which will run for 8 weeks with Trest.
