Yesterday started week 4 on DTHC and I went with 4 tabs because it was non training day but today I bumped
it to 5 tabs and I dosed 4 tabs first thing when I got up cause it was a training day and 1 tab later in the afternoon.
I'm gonna continue with 5 tabs this week and I'll be dosing it the same way I did today if it's a training day and if it's an
off day I'll do 3 in the a.m. and 2 later in the afternoon.

Today I trained legs and abs and it was one hell of a humid day out here in NY and I train in my home gym where
there is NO AC just fans so it's tough but I stay well hydrated while I'm training but you definitely don't need to do
cardio after working out in my gym with all the water you loose from sweating.

Quads- 1- Dumbbell Goblet Squats- 30x15/ 40x15/ 50x15/ 60x15/ (65x12/45x12/35x12) (65x12/45x12/35x12) Drop Sets

2- Barbell Hack Squats- 80x15/ 100x15/ 120x15/ 130x15

4- Jefferson Squats- 75x15/ 95x15/ 115x12/ 115x12

Hams - 1- Dumbbell Hamstring Thrust - 25x15/ 30x15/ 35x15/ 40x15/ 45x15

2- Stiff Leg Dead Lifts- 80x15/ 100x15/ 120x12/ 130x10/ 140x8/ 140x8

Abs- 1- Incline Sit Ups with a 30lb dumbbell- 3 sets of 30 reps
Super Set

2- Ab Wheel - 3 sets of 30 reps

After doing abs I was shot cause the humidity just drains everything out of you and it's no wonder why I love the cold
of the winter where you still feel good after a workout compared to how you feel on a humid day.

No upset stomach at all but it was a nasty humid day and it was leg day so I was sweating but nothing out of the
ordinary just sweating cause of the work I was doing in the gym. Today was an off day from the gym so I dosed
3 in the morning an 2 later in the afternoon and no ill effect at all, but do you recommend taking the 5 a day the way
I took it today 3 then 2 on training days also cause tomorrow I'm training so I was gonna do the 4 then 1 later but if
you think 3 then 2 is better I'll do that .

Esp if you can take 4 at once and nothing adverse happens to you like getting really hot or bad sromach pains. Also if you do see a result I think you may have been repsonding to the libio aspect of the other formulas which were high in horny goat weed and maca.

I received the 10 day supply of the Limited Edition that you sent me THANKS!!! but here's a little feedback on
the 5 a day dosage I've been doing since last Tuesday.
 
I've continued with the 5 a day of the DTHC 80 tab version and since dosing 4 and 1 was thought to be
too much at once I've been dosing 3 when I get up and 2 later and I continued this way Wed, Thur, and Fri
of last week and weekend off as usual. I noticed that Thur, Fri, Sat, I fell a sleep much quicker and I felt like
I slept deeper and I am feeling a little more aggressive and slightly short tempered out of the gym and I did
feel a little more aggressive during Fri mornings shoulder workout where I increased one of my exercises
by 5lb which isn't much but this was shoulder raises so the small increase for me is a PLUS!!!

I will continue this week with 5 tabs a day of the 80's and I'm cracking open my 2nd jar and maybe 5 tabs a day
was what I needed but I will see what happens this week and if I feel like the DTHC has fully kicked in at this dosage
I'll start the Raw Test at 1 tab a day next Mon. so I will be updating this week on how 5 tabs is effecting me.

Today is the 3rd day of week 5 and I'm still dosing 5 tabs a day and this will be my 2nd week at 5 tabs so I'll
see how I feel by the end of the week and this was yesterdays Chest Abs workout and it was one of those days
where the weight just felt like ton Lol didn't really feel strong at all but I still managed to pull out what I had planned.

All ab work was done as a Tri Set with no rest between sets

I had a really good pump in my chest once I finished the pre-exhaust sets and actually I had a good pump
all over my upper body so the powdered pump supplement that I'm testing out is doing it's thing;)

i have been getting a huge boost in ibido from the 80 dth/raw test/e2-x.....i think you will get a nice boost also when you add in raw test...
 
I did not notice much of a boost in libido until I add the E2-X, I think that is the icing on the cake !!

Tomorrow starts week 6 on DTHC and I think what ever I'm going to feel from this version of DTHC
is pretty much what ever I'm experiencing now which is a little deeper sleep, a little short tempered,
and if my bat is called up to the plate I ready hit ;) but I'm definitely not feeling this version of DTHC
like I've had with others in the past where by week 3 my libido, morning wood, sleep, aggressiveness
in and out of the gym, upbeat mood, and appetite would be VERY high. I guess this version of extracts
just didn't effect me like the others have and I know I said I wasn't going to add Raw Test until I really felt
the DTHC had kicked in fully but after 5 weeks now I don't thinks it's gonna get any better so I will be
adding 1 tab of Raw Test starting tomorrow to my first dose of 3 tabs of DTHC first thing in the morning
to start off week 6 and later in the day I'll dose my other 2 tabs of DTHC. I'll start with 1 tab of Raw Test a
day for the first week and then I'll see about bumping to 2 if I need it.

Triceps- 1- Dumbbell French Press Seated - 40x20/ 45x15/ 55x15/ 60x12/ 65x10
2- Lying Cross Body Dumbbell Ext- 15x15/ 20x15/ 25x12/ 25x10
3- Dumbbell Kick Backs- 15x15/ 20x15/ 25x12/ 25x12


This was yesterdays shoulder and ab workout

Shoulders- 1- Seated Barbell Presses Behind the Neck- 75x10/ 85x10/ 95x9/ 105x6/ 105x5/ (105x4/95x4/85x6/75x8)
Last set of barbell presses was a strip set and barbell presses has ALWAYS been a weak one for me
even when I was much younger I couldn't ever got past 140lbs without pulling something in rear neck
area and that would happen even when I warmed up thoroughly. Even without the strong pressing power
I've still managed to develop a nice sets of well balanced delts so you just have to train smarter if you can't
go heavier.:)

2- Seated Side Raises- 15x20/ 20x20/ 30x15/ 30x15
3- Seated Bent Over Rear Raises- 20x20/ 25x20/ 35x15/ 35x15
4- Seated Clap Front Raises Done Very Strict- 15x15/ 15x15/ 20x15/ 20x15


Abs- I did 4 exercises as a Giant set with no rest between sets

1- Lying Hip Thrusts- 3 sets of 30 reps
2- Double Crunch to the Side- 30 reps on each side
3- Straight Arm Crunches - 3 sets of 30 reps
4- Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 30 reps


That raps up the past few workouts and I will jump in here and update how the Raw Test feels once I
get a few days of it in to my system.

i really liked 2 dthc and 2 raw test twice a day....of course i am running e2-x with this also!!!
 
I think totalpackage responded better to the other ones bc they was better at boosting libido. For instance every now and then some people say they loved the 200 tab DTH when i know this one was the least potent as a test booster.

Totally agree that I probably responded better to the other versions that were better for libido. From my experience
with pure Tong Kat aka Long Jack when I dosed 1000 mg of a 100:1 extract my libido was through the roof for the first
3 weeks then when I bumped it to 1500 mg my libido was not the same so the increase wasn't needed and 1000 mg
was where I should have stayed and I'm thinking for this version of DTHC maybe 3 tabs should of been where I stayed
since Long Jack is the first ingredient and maybe upping dose to 4 for me and then 5 may have not been the thing to do
again I'm just guessing.

With the 2 weeks supply of the Limited Edition I'll try that at a much later date in the year and I have a jar of the 200 tabs
on hand so I'll continue with that one when I'm done with the 2 week supply but again that's not going to happen til much
later in the year cause by the end of Sept I go on my 2 week lay off from training to rest up and when I resume in Oct I
need to run a herbal that I have on hand that's been collecting dust in my supplement cabinet.:)

So 3 tabs was probably what would of worked on just the libido boost so it's good to know for the future.
 
Today was my first day of sprinkling 1 tab of Raw Test to my first dose of 3 tabs of DTHC for week 6 and
again I'm dosing DTHC 3 in the a.m. when I get up and 2 tabs later in the early afternoon. This is a little feedback
from just 1 tab of Raw Test added to my PW stack for today which is a combo of ingredients I've used before which
was 1 pack of Animal Rage with 1 gm of N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine and 1 300mg cap of yohimbine bark and I stacked this
with 1 scoop of lemon Hemavol again let me say I've used this stack before so I know what if feels like but It REALLY
hit differently today where the focus was MUCH more enhanced and mood was DEFINITELY up while training and I'm
no weekend warrior when It comes to supplements and training and I don't fall for that placebo nonsense but that 20mg
of Pregnolone in Raw Test made that PW stack MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE!!!

This was what my back and trap workout looked like today and I ran out of time but I had a lot left in the tank
to kill the abs but no time to do it but tomorrow I'm OFF work so DEATH TO MY ABS!!! after I hit chest.

Back- 1- 10 sets of 10 Pull Ups with 30 sec rest between sets. I was pouring sweat after doing this
2- Under Grip Pull Down Close Grip- 110x15/ 130x12/ (140x10/130x10/120x10/110x10/110x10)

After this workout I pouring sweat in my home gym which was hot but I still had a good amount of
energy if I had more time I could of gone on. Tomorrow I'll see if I feel the same way after I take my
first dose of Raw Test with DTHC along with what ever PW I'll be going with.

I've made serious gains from taking raw test/DTHC. With the same diet I've been doing. I was asked twice today by people at my gym if I was on anabolics lol. I definitely feel it a lot more on days where I take raw test vs days I just take DTHC

Today was my 2nd day with Raw Test and I definitely felt the effects yesterday more than today cause today
I used a PW that just had caffeine where yesterday I had some nootopics from the Animal Rage caps and
with the 300 mg of yohimbine bark that I added it felt like the Preg from the Raw Test really enhanced the effects
just like when you use JP8X HC you feel more focused and aggressive as opposed to the JP8X without the Preg.
Just my observation for today will be checking in when I have more feedback on how the Raw Test sprinkling is doing.;)

JP8X HC has ruined all other preworkouts for me. It's like instant strength boost.

Well this past week I started Raw Test at one tab a day in the a.m. and I continued with dosing my
5 tabs of DTHC and I decided on Thur of this week to drop the 5 tabs of DTHC down to 3 cause
I just wasn't feeling the 5 and I'll continue until I finish this 2nd jar of DTHC at 3 tabs which gives me
about another 2 1/2 weeks so I'll comment on how I feel on the 3 tabs at the end of next week but from
the two days so far on 3 tabs I think that should of been where I probably should have stayed from the
beginning. This week which will be week 7 I'll continue with 3 tabs of DTHC and 1 Raw Test. I'll be dosing
2 DTHC in the a.m. with 1 Raw Test and 1 tab of DTHC later in the afternoon.

The beginning of week 8 I will start E2-X and I was thinking 2 caps a day 1 a.m. and 1. pm. on an empty
stomach but I wanted to know from Chuck do you recommend this everyday or like DTHC Mon-Fri and
take the weekends off and I plan on running just 1 jar right now of E2-X cause when I finish that I'll be ready
to take my 2 weeks off from training completely where I rest up and come back for my Fall training.
My experience the past couple of years with AI supplements was with Triazole where I dosed 3 caps a day
for the first 3 weeks then I would taper off to 2 and then eventually 1 and with og Erase I went with 2 a day
and then after 21 days went to 1 so I just want to see what you recommend for E2-X.

Workouts have been pretty decent so far on DTHC but haven't felt that aggressiveness in the gym that I've
had in the past with other versions but so far what I've noticed most from this DTHC is my sleep is much
deeper and I've been able to maintain my body compo since I had finished my 8 week cycle of Alpha Max a
few weeks before which helped along with my diet. I'm pretty much still in that same condition so with my
good eating and along with DTHC I've been able to stay in that tight summer condition which is a plus and
once I start with E2-X I should be able to harden up just a tad more.

When you say right before food should it be 30 min before a meal on an empty stomach like DTHC or
take it right before your getting ready to eat ?
 
Today is the end of week 7 on DTHC and week 2 of Raw Test and a little update about each of the two.
DTHC is definitely better at 3 tabs a day where erections, sleep, body compo, and a ever so slight increase
of strength in the gym is evident. The effects of strong libido, alpha male feeling, and a up beat mood that I've
felt from previous versions of DT just isn't happening with this version.

Now for Raw Test since this is my 2nd week at 1 tab a day in the early a.m. when I get up I do feel somewhat
of a more alert and up feeling a little while after my dose and I do feel it enhances the effects of CERTAIN and
not all stimulants in different PW supplements. I'll continue updating the effects of this stack and Monday I start
with 2 caps a day of E2-X and 1 cap right before breakfast and 1 cap when I get home from work at night before
dinner.

Today I was up at 4 a.m. for my 5 a.m. workout and it was leg day and I went with 2 level scoops of JP8X HC
and the Raw Test did enhance the effects of this PW slightly and I did have some gas left in my tank but I had
to cut my workout short cause I had to get ready for work but I'll definitely try JP8X HC again during this log on
a day where I don't work the early shift and I have a little more time to kill it in the gym.

Over the years I've always wondered when Chuck was gonna come out with a straight AI supplement
and now it's HERE so looking forward to seeing how well this one works for me and I plan on running
this jar and then I'll be ready to take my 2 week break from training to recharge my batteries for my
fall and winter training cycle. I have about a little more than a week left in my jar of DTHC so when
I finish that I'll post my final review and when I finish the DTHC I'll double up on what I have left of the
Raw Test.

Well today is day 2 on E2- X so I'll definitely keep everyone posted on how this working for me and today
I went into my supplement vault and pulled out the previous version of Ready4War powder and I made
a nice preworkout concoction with R4W powder as my stimulant base and I went with 1 and slightly 1/4
of the R4W powder and I mixed it with 6 gm of citrulline malate, 1 gm of agmatine, 5 gm of creatine, 2 gm
of beta alanine, 1 scoop of glycerol mono, 1 scoop of waxy maize, and 1/2 scoop of grape bcaa's since the
R4W has kind of a grape flavor.

I mixed all this in 24oz of ice cold water and sat down and drank down slowly and by the time I wrote out my
workout and got some music ready I was ready to go to war on my delts and abs and the focus and recovery
between sets is what you really feel from the R4W and the energy is relentless and you don't want to put down
the weight and you want to continue extending sets.

Abs- 1- Rope Crunches- 30lb x 50reps/ 35x40 reps/ 40x30reps
2- Incline Sit Ups With 35lb Dumbbell- 3 sets of 30 reps
3- Ab Wheel - 3 sets of 30 reps

All ab work was done as a Tri Set with no rest between sets


Tomorrow is an off day from training and I'm glad cause my delts are feeling real sore right now so
I'll have a day to recover before I hit back and traps on Thursday.
