You have to train yourself. I've been there, and currently I've trained myself to eat crap. IF is my preferred method to re-train.

Sounds like what I eat every morning for breakfast 1egg, 4whites, cheese, spinach,salsa and a serving of almonds of its a workout day and its a morning session I add carbs like oatmeal or toast

That was by far my least favorite part about IF. Early morning lifting then not eating for like 5+ hours. Plus its annoying taking leucine/bcaa every hour. I much preferred IF with one meal at about 10-15% of daily calories pre workout. Obviously only plausible if you work out after the feeding window starts.
