Oh man, I wish we had some Cuban places around here. Ohio has literally one that I've been able to find, and it's in Columbus. Growing up in Florida they were everywhere. I could go for some pulled pork and empanadas right about now, with a couple cups of Cuban coffee. It would probably help with this lethargy!

this one. this is the sauce. i don't get the extra hot version, though. i was at a pretty authentic mexican restaurant a few years ago and they had the valentina sauce on the table, and by the end of the meal i had already ordered two bottles on amazon.

also, for one that's a little pricier, this is my other longtime favorite:

My new addiction, some homemade hot sauce from my buddy. Leaves a hole in my stomach but fills a hole in my heart :D! Lol.

The best part about the Valentina is that it's like $1 for a half gallon ha. Stuff is amazing.
 
Boom!! Woke up with less sleep, and not very deep, yet ready to kill!!

I have so much I want to say about this run, but will wait until the end to be fair. But I woke up this morning at 216. A 6 pound decrease since Monday just from reducing my carbs to around 200 per day.

Decided to try 4 caps of Hydro3 for Leg Hyper Day.

Started with 5 sets of moderate weight Front Squats, then on to PUMP CITY

Simple...10 x 10 Leg Extensions, 10 x 10 Lying Leg Curls, 6 Super Sets of Calf Presses and Glute Ham Raises

Holy crap. Goodbye legs. Twitching so painfully good on both the extensions and curls. Could barely walk the incline afterward. We are a masochistic bunch.
 
has suppression been discussed yet? Curious how this will effect test production as we know ostarine does to an extent while LG seems to supress pretty hard

All SARMs are suppressive. It has to do with androgen receptor agonism, the better something binds to the AR, the more suppressive it tends to be. The body reads this as an abundance of Testosterone. So Testosterone production is then suppressed. The degree of suppression is then dose dependant, and for our purposes any dosage that elicits gains will be suppressive. Studies reflect this, as do anecdotal reports. There are no free rides. Use a test base with Rad and have a proper PCT planned with a SERM on hand.
 
DMA notice being edgy at all? I'm not sure if it's from the epiandro or the rad but I have been straight pissed off the last few days

Valentina is good it is just like Tapatio except you can get a hotter version. Difference with these is they don't have any vinegar. So they are a totally different style of hot sauce compared to all of the tabasco style knock off mentioned here. I like these when i just want to add heat or spice without that vinegar taste. I love both types of heat thought.

Datil peppers are not that hot but they do have a really good and distinct flavor.

Here are a few of my favorites and what I use them for.

This one is 120,000 on the scoville scale and i only use it for cooking or to add a couple drops to a bottle of hot sauce with great flavor but not hot enough. Use very sparingly.

This one I also use in cooking, it is very hot but you can also add it to a taco or whatever and be okay. IF YOU LIKE HOT STUFF! It is 13,600 on the scoville scale. Warning this is much hotter than the other things you guys have been posting, but not ridiculous. Well by my standards.

This one is an excellent one if you are looking for something similar to franks, pete's, or tabasco, it is a vinager based sauce about 2-3 times hotter than regular but still has the vinagar flavor.

These are also EXTREMELY AWESOME SAUCES HERE! Just not your "typical" hot sauce, these are hot sauces from India and have some of the best flavor. Some of them will light you up an some not too bad. The hot sauce in the orange is pretty hot but not crazy, flavor is off the chain. The Calypso is a little hotter, and the Flambe sauce is seriously hot. Not so much you can't eat it if yo love hot things. These are in the international isle and must be refrigerated. You MUST get these if you truly love hot sauces. Start with the Hot or the Calypso, not the Flambe unless you are just sure you can deal. At $3-4 a bottle it isn't too big a deal if you don't like it.

Yep, even though they are designed to be far less androgenic they still have enough at higher anabolic type doses to shut you down some. So far Osta has been the least suppressive of all and it will get you at 20mgs.

Yep I love me some hot sauce. I have so many varieties. I come home from the store with a different bottle at least every other time I go to the store.

Quite the opposite man. But since I've decided to pct, I didn't crack open another Mast after I ran out last week. I feel much more relaxed without the Mast in my system. So it would be hard for me to give a judgement on RAD doing that, as I was already a bit edgy and aggressive with the Mast.

Interesting, I have been beyond pissed off. Every little thing just bugs the **** out of me. Has to be from the addition of Epi andro
 
I think it's awesome we can post pics of trees and nugs. Natural stuff . "Recs" are taboo on all bb boards. And the funny thing always is , the sources have secret intl lists with heavily abused opiates etc . Been in juice game since 08 and active on boards since.
 
Ps I thought long and hard to run another bottle of rad at 3 caps consecutively instead of switching to lgd since I'm cutting ....instead went with the rad again . So I have just about finished bottle of rad. Bottle two starts asap

It would be hard for them to police that at this point since buds are legal in enough places they wouldn't know if it was documentation of illegal activity or just someone showing what medicine they are taking now. No doubt on the stuff on some of the source lists....
