A RAD sponsored log feat. Olympus UK's Radar1ne

Maybe this will end up being a short run cycle thing if everybody is feeling lethargy around week 4, especially if gains have stalled?

Man, I can only dream about 400g carbs lol. Once a week I blow that much on my treat meal but I just can't do that or I get fat :(

I have a feeling this is going to change for you
 
Haha, yeah, I still wanna be lean for summer though as well as making gains so I won't be going too over the top.

There are plans for two extra pasta days a week but I still only hit about 280-300 on those days and that's a BIG carb day for me!! A couple of donuts would probably get me to 400 though ahahaha - I haven't had a donut in like forever, bring that sh*t on.

I'm running forskolin alongside this as well as PWO, aminos, resveratrol, and slin sane pre-workout and before my heavy carb meal (120g). I'm coming off 3 months of CKD and was sitting at a lean 170, roughly 9% BF.

I'll also throw some exemestane in EOD to keep estrogen low. I'm not running anything else. I am feeling the shut-down...I've got zero sex drive damn near, I've got to legitimately focus to get going. I have dermacrine I could use but am not. I'm up 5-7 pounds but that could be glycogen from re-introducing carbs.

Although I've had diarrhea for the past 5 days because my body is like holy **** what are these things called carbs. Not sure what to do for the shut-down though...

I do like it though. It'll be interesting to see where I end up once my body settles back in to liking carbs.

I'm going to get some labs drawn later this week to see what all my levels and panels look like after this last 3-4 months.

Well weight was up 10 lbs. just 2 days ago, 222 lbs.

Since then, and since dropping carbs down for a couple days, I am sitting 217 right now.

I would say it's helping me just recomp at this point. Unlike a couple days ago, I look leaner than when I started now at this weight. So even when I was continuously eating 4500 calories a day, I was not adding any fat. Lots of water retention from carbs is all.

30mcg of Clen is definitely the lethargy destroyer. Stuff makes me stink too. The sweat in the gym is weird every time I take it. Sure makes for a bad ass workout though. No need for any extra stims today!!
 
If in fact this is happening. Is there a way to mitigate it through diet? And is it a good thing, lethargy aside?

If that were the case, I would say following the same eating protocol one would after using LR3 might help. However looking at Hastur's comment below in his case at least that doesn't seem to be the case.

My blood sugar is normal, I had pre-diabetic tendencies when I was obese, I monitor my blood sugar. Nothings changed there. Diet has been the exact same as well, 2150 cal, 45% Pro, 35% Fat, 20% Carb. Hasn't changed during the time I've been on Rad, I eat the exact same foods, prepared the exact same way each day. All that's changed is I'm feeling lethargy upon awakening, and I feel more tired throughout the day. But what I eat, supplement, do, it's all the same as it had been. For 3 guys to be experiencing lethargy in week 4 of Rad, all 3 at different dosages (Myself 8mg, YouBet 12mg, Dma 16mg), all 3 with different 'test bases' (Myself none, YouBet EpiAndro, Dma Test). It sure seems like it's something related to the compound, and it's not suppression or shutdown, and it doesn't appear to be blood sugar in my case at least...

Yeah, if not shutdown, or blood sugar it makes me wonder what it could be. I mean often on cycle the lethargy isn't actually from a lack of test but extremely low estrogen levels that result from not having any test to convert to estro. I don't think that you all are using AI in high enough dose for that either so it is a bit perplexing. It could also be the exact reason this SARM never made it to being a medication.

Good to hear that the Clen did the trick. I have some clen but it hits me pretty hard. I may try it low dose like you have been and see how things go.
 
I will say this, seeing this going on makes me curious like the other gentlemen mentioned, perhaps this will be an excellent kick start compound, or be excellent for 2 week mini cycles if the lethargy issue can not be corrected.

Unless the next 3 weeks turns something spectacular, this may be very true. At least for me. Need some more logs and feedback. I'm glad there are guys giving their experiences in here though. That serves well.

Be weary of that lethargy bro. Combined with Ghar1ne, could be pretty gnarly!!

Good to know! I have some Clen sitting around, if I have to dip into it I will. Hope that I do not. I am not one who will allow my quality of life to suck for very long to gain a few lbs. Perhaps what is needed is to add in Cardar1ne, everyone says it makes them energetic.

Might just take a full 40mcg tab tomorrow and see how that goes. When I went to cut one in half this morning, it ended up being like a 75 / 25 split, so I just took the bigger piece. Probably 30mcg.

I don't think that you aIt could also be the exact reason this SARM never made it to being a medication.

You may have Rad confused with S-4. Because Ostarine, LGD, and Rad are all still undergoing various trials and have not been abandoned.
 
Might just be a side effect of the compound like trensomnia

This would be my best guess. Because you cannot chalk it up to coincidence with 3 people experiencing it in the 4th week of their cycles. And with varying test bases, we know that its not suppression induced lethargy. Looks like it may just be the compound outright.

No nothing specifically, I have not studied this SARM enough to know a ton about it. I just know that research SARMS in general are all pretty much things being researched to become medication, and have not been approved yet. Which is how we get away with selling them as "Supplements" as they have not been labeled as "drugs" yet. I would have been more accurate to say it may be why it has not been approved yet. I was not aware if it was still in research or not.

Right now you are kind of the go to guy for this compound! You have researched more than most of us here. So feel free to drop the knowledge bombs on my conjecture! Knowledge trumps conjecture every time. :)
 
So this morning's workout was slow starting, but eventually got going. Was looking to start with some heavy Pendlays, but kept it at 185 lbs. for 5 sets. But felt stronger on Lat Pull Downs than I ever have. Pulled 210 lbs. for 12 good reps x 3 sets after a couple warm ups. 4 plates on the unsupported T-Bar, and BB shrugging 335 for 15 reps x 4 sets. Felt good and strong all the way around.

The DOMS through my upper chest and delts are oh so sweet. Yesterday's killer pump did a great job on my target areas.

As it does seem that weight has stabilized, strength is increasing. Nothing Earth shattering, but weight and reps are increasing at a good rate.

Tomorrow is a Leg Hyper day. Going to keep it simple.

Leg Extensions 10 x 10
Leg Curls 10 x 10
...and some more shiit. But that should get the pump to ridiculous level STAT!!

I will for sure, didn't mean to make it seem like I was trying to steal your thunder. This is your log brother. I'm also in the process of reverse dieting to get back to a normal level of caloric intake...it might be part of the situation too.

Hahaha dude I can't even tell you psyched I am they signed Vick. He's been my favorite player to watch since I was a kid. He may be an awful person but I watch football for excitement not life lessons and I'll be damned if he isn't exciting. Maybe the strongest arm in the game and in his prime those legs were unreal.

When he was in jail I couldn't even play madden anymore because I had never learned how to play QB a) with a right hander and b) without the option to run anytime I wanted. I had to completely relearn the game ha.

When he signed with philly I immediately went out and got his jersey even tho pit and philly are basically mortal enemies in every facet of life.
