A RAD sponsored log feat. Olympus UK's Radar1ne

Just crushing it man! How lean are you right now? I know you said you seem to be tightening up so you must look SICK!

It's funny, I wake up tight and dry and build up with water as the day goes. Then my body spits it out throughout the night and morning. In overall appearance, I'm about the same depending on the time of day.

Does that make any sense?

Yeah that makes sense. You are taking in a lot of carbs too so over the day that pulls water in also.

Aw, yeah, Psycroptic are pretty awesome. They have a pretty huge following here. They come out of Tasmania, that little island down the bottom - never been there but it's a quiet place with nothing apparently - to do except be angry and get really good at playing an instrument it would seem.

I've seen them live a couple of times, they really bring all the FREAKS out to play, The show a couple of years ago there was this guy there in a gimp suit complete with ball gag.

As we're talking Aussie metal - if I can thrown down a couple of other Aussie bands that people might get into

King Parrot - these guys are just classic. They have a HUGE following here and when you see them live you get an entire cross-section of everybody. All their clips have hilarious intros. Check out the tracks **** On The Liver, Dead End, Bozo from their first album "Bite Your Head Off". Their second album Dead Set sounds a little more modern just coz the production is so much cleaner and heavier. They got picked up on Phil Anselmo's record label and Phil himself did the production on the new album I think. You guys might get a kick out of this: Invalid Link Removed

Be'lakor - these guys are a little bit more melodic/progressive death metal: Check out tracks: Abeyance, Fraught, Countless Skies.

Ne Obliviscaris - hard to put these guys in a "box", I'd say progressive death metal - they have violin and clean vocals and and some folksy interludes so they might not be for everybody but great and creative band doing their own thing. Check out tracks: Tapestry Of the Starless Abstract, Of Petrichor Weaves Black Noise.

Fan of Ne Obliviscaris here, I gotta check out there. I should check out Be'lakor and King Parrot!

I'm also totally digging the new Cattle Decapitation and Black Dahlia Murder albums.

Dude, the new BDM is awesome, I've given it one spin a day since I got it. Been a fan for years, and they do not disappoint. Hell, I may wear my BDM sleeveless to the gym today! Still need to check out the new Cattle Decapitation, haven't heard it yet.

King Parrot came touring with Origin last year and I miSsed it!! Will check out those others.

Just got the new BDM but haven't listened yet. Just the single. As well as a couple singles from the new CD.

Good stuff bro!!

Listen to it, bro! It's a great album!

Fuuuuaark, the pump!!!!

20mcg Clen, 1 Scoop Hypermax, 1 scoop Conqu3r, 4 caps Hydro3, 2 cups coffee = not for the faint of heart pump session.

Pull Hyper:

BW Pull Ups x 10 sets (10, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6)
Reverse Pec Deck x 8 sets pyramiding up then down in weight
Seated DB Curls / DB Shrugs Super Set x 4
Chest Supported T-Bar Row / Plate Loaded Preacher Machine Super Set x 4
DB Rows x 4 sets

10 minutes stretching and foam rolling

Killer session to lead into a nice weekend off in sunny San Diego. If you don't hear from me on Monday, it's ok, I'll be living the dream.

Sigh...some day

That's how you do it, stims, weights, metal!

Well 2 days of rest (sort of) and 1,000,000 calories a day, woke up at 222 lbs. this morning. Sunburn made Front Squats a no-go. And just a sluggish workout period. Pretty exhausted actually. But it was a good trip to SD. I'll gauge where I'm at after a couple days back at it.

Lots of compliments on the physique throughout the weekend though. My sister in law needed me to play on their kickball team as they were down a player and the other team was like, "come on!! You can't bring in The Rock as a ringer!!" I just shake my head in humility at comments like that, but in reality that's what it's all about.

So this is 222, not as lean. But solid. Nothing jiggles. 10 pounds up.

Also just to tighten up down the home stretch of this run, I will be changing my macros around a little. Mainly just bringing the Carbs down to the 200-250g/day range. Making my calorie total around 3600-3800 per day.

That looks like a VERY solid 10lbs, bro. Dang, that's a cycle done right.

Thanks bro.

Hey are you feeling any lethargy? Think it might be tied to the good sleep. But I am definitely experiencing some. But it's hard to say, I mean I chase a little girl around most days, 4 dogs drive me crazy and get walks every night, wake up at 3:30 to gym, etc. So not sure if it's just my life gives me lethargy, but it seems a little exaggerated lately.

It just hit me yesterday morning, day 27 of Radar1ne for me. I still sleep better, but the last two mornings I've been very lethargic. I don't have quite as much going on as you though, man! That sounds tiring! I figured for me it was shutdown, what with no test base, but you have a test base, so... I'm not sure why we'd both be experiencing lethargy. But even now, while drinking coffee, I could just sit and stay for while.

I should tell everyone that I've decided to pct after the RAD is done. For several reasons. I'm not sure I could continue to "cruise" and stick with cruising. My obsessive personality makes me want to add this or that, run things higher, and such. Might as well just pct and chill out for a while. Plus I'm a bit tired of the routine. I'm ready to come off and give it all a rest.

So I dropped the Cyp last week and switched to Prop. I will do 3 100mg injections every week until the end of the RAD.

Best of luck, man! Any ideas for how you'd do your PCT? I figure it'll have to be a bit more aggressive than the average person's PCT if you've been on a while, right?

Here is the basic set up for now.

Clomid 100/50/50/25/25/25 (100 for like 4 days probably not a whole week)
Xstane 25/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5eod/12.5eod

Have some RC Nolva that I may use with the Clomid at 10mg/day

Probably grab some LJ100 and a Test Booster

Will run GW and X Gels with Hydro3 and the usual staples to keep workouts motivated and interesting.

Of course you had ideas for how you'd do PCT, who did I think I was talking to!? Sounds like you got it nailed, bro! I hope the emotional sides from Clomid aren't too bad for you, I go with Toremifene because I just can't deal with that...

Blast and cruise can be a grynd I think pct is a good idea. Sometimes I feel like to pct. But just at the moment pct don't match up with my goals.

And I had to take that into consideration as well. Where my goals and all lined up with what I am doing. If I lose a few pounds in the time before my next cycle, so be it. Not competing or anything. Like you said in a comment in another thread, if I hold 20 of the 27 pounds gained then that's a success.

Yes dma I know your goals and you got alot of time to reach them me I'm already on the 2nd masters class my right pec and both knees are held together by metal I don't know how much longer I can go hard enough the way it takes to make nationals so for me I got take my shot while I still have enough hp in the enginge

Save the LJ100 for after PCT, it frees up testosterone, which will make you feel great during PCT but actually tells the body you have enough test prematurely. With an SHGB binding supplement your free testosterone is much higher even when serum totals are low. You could get your free test up to 15-20 while total is only like 400. Your body uses the free test for the negative feedback loop. So it being high due to lowered SHGB means your body thinks 400 total is recovered because your free test is at a normal level. Not what you want to have during PCT. You want total levels to climb as high as possible on their own without doing anything that could limit that. Then when your levels are back up 500-700 run the LJ100 and your free test levels will be beast mode!!!!

You need to look into MI40 X2 and increase your longevity.

Excellent advice, MrKleen! I feel like not many people probably know this...

Hey Daniel, I know you are already in there but wanted to share my link in here like you said to before anyway. Gonna be running that RADAR1NE & GHAR1NE LIKE A BOSS!!!! Dropping a link in your log should get pretty much everyone on AM to see it. Whoever doesn't get covered here will see it in Kat and Puccah's log. LOL!

The lethargy is real. It disappears with the pump in the gym, but returns immediately after my workout. The drive to work is straight zombie on cruise control. Sleeping Lights out. Waking is hard. Get stimmed up, workout, return to lethargic state. That seems to be the pattern.

But...great Push Hyper day. 2 scoops Conqu3r with 4 caps Hydro3 had my delts on fire. Super vascular.

Seated Military Press 8 x 15
Incline DB Flys / DB Tricep Kickbacks x 6 Super Sets
HS Wide Chest Press / Plate Drivers x 4 Super Sets
BW Dips 4 x 15
Side / Front Raise Countdown x 3 (10 side, 9 front, 8 side, 7 front, 6 side...etc. down to 1)

Jump Rope / Speed Bag / Oblique Crunches x 4 Rotations

Note.
As I said last week I recently ran out of Ep1c Unleashed for the first time in like 6 months. And I do now notice it being gone from my system. Workouts are good, but a lot less sweaty. With a bit of intensity missing. Will definitely be priority to get some for pct and beyond.

Looking good bro. Wish there was some sun to even burn here... Crappy weather as always.

Can California get some of that? My water bill is insane!

For the last 3 days in a row, I've barely been able to wake up.I don't know if it's because I'm beginning week 5 on Rad and it's shutdown that has me so tired, or what. But I think it's interesting we both are experiencing it.

Well that answers the PM I just sent you!!

Just interesting that I'm feeling it with Test.

Well guys as a third who was running rad, I started to see my struggle with being sleepy and out of it last week Thursday or Friday, I've decided to add in some epiandro so see if it helps!

Haha, it sure does. :p I find it strange that with Test you are feeling it as well. I mean, I'm running no test base, you'd expect me to feel lethargic on cycle after a few weeks. I can pinpoint the lethargy to occurring in the last 3 days, as week 4 of Rad transitioned into week 5, how about yourself?

How far into your cycle are you? I hope the Epiandro helps, but if Dma is running Test and feeling it, I can't imagine Epiandro will help. It may be that chronic dosing of Rad leads to lethargy independent of shutdown after so many weeks. I'm curious at to when you both started feeling it, as we are among the first to cycle this compound, this may be important.
