Really? Didn't peg you for the 'in trouble a lot' type, mixed up! I never really got in trouble personally, just a fat kid listening to metal lifting in his basement, haha.

I would, but that might be a faster ticket to getting banned than any other nonsense I've pulled on here before!! Although technically it's medicine. It's even in the medical packaging. It's bomb, let's just put it that way!!
 
Ok, last 2 days couldn't be more different.

Yesterday woke up sluggish, weighing in at 220. Managed to drag into the gym for a half-assed leg session. Couldn't snap out of it all day. I did take half an Amitryptilene to help sleep the night before. Finally wore off late afternoon.

Woke up late this morning, but refreshed. Weighed in at 217. 3 less pounds even after the pre-bed Snickers Blaster!!! Smashed a great Push Power session. Killed some Jump Rope, Speed Bag, and Ab Wheel after weights. Felt super strong. Looked good and full yet dry and vascular.

Really felt the Hydro3 today at 4 caps. Also as of today I am increasing the RAD to 16mg. Will be 2 caps am, 2 caps pm

I want to get a grasp on the effects of different doses before I run out of time. FOR SCIENCE!!!!

I like how you look at things. This was all made for each other. All for me!!!

If you like that bro, they have like 5 albums. The further you go back, the sound is definitely more brutal underground in the beginning. They have morphed into more of a modern metal sound.

I feel like I've listened to them before, but I don't see any of their albums in my MP3 player. About to fix that...

Aw, yeah, Psycroptic are pretty awesome. They have a pretty huge following here. They come out of Tasmania, that little island down the bottom - never been there but it's a quiet place with nothing apparently - to do except be angry and get really good at playing an instrument it would seem.

I've seen them live a couple of times, they really bring all the FREAKS out to play, The show a couple of years ago there was this guy there in a gimp suit complete with ball gag.

As we're talking Aussie metal - if I can thrown down a couple of other Aussie bands that people might get into

King Parrot - these guys are just classic. They have a HUGE following here and when you see them live you get an entire cross-section of everybody. All their clips have hilarious intros. Check out the tracks **** On The Liver, Dead End, Bozo from their first album "Bite Your Head Off". Their second album Dead Set sounds a little more modern just coz the production is so much cleaner and heavier. They got picked up on Phil Anselmo's record label and Phil himself did the production on the new album I think. You guys might get a kick out of this: Invalid Link Removed

Be'lakor - these guys are a little bit more melodic/progressive death metal: Check out tracks: Abeyance, Fraught, Countless Skies.

Ne Obliviscaris - hard to put these guys in a "box", I'd say progressive death metal - they have violin and clean vocals and and some folksy interludes so they might not be for everybody but great and creative band doing their own thing. Check out tracks: Tapestry Of the Starless Abstract, Of Petrichor Weaves Black Noise.
 
King Parrot came touring with Origin last year and I miSsed it!! Will check out those others.

Just got the new BDM but haven't listened yet. Just the single. As well as a couple singles from the new CD.

Bouncing between 6-8.

But it has been that for a couple weeks now. Things seemed to have stalled out, which is why I upped the dose to 16mg. Also maybe a few days off from the gym will promote some growth and gain.

Calorie totals for the last 5 days have been:

4878, 3490, 4306, 4542, 4827
